It must be one massive asset for that amount of cash, they may be getting a bit worried with where the oil price is currently at because if it breaks 80 USD the next major resistance is a long way off. All these cheap assets available to them will not be so cheap to acquire with an oil price of $100 USD+, there is plenty of geo political catalysts currently lurking to enable that to occur if you are following it.

Calm down lads, remember last time it went at a premium. For 8-9 Million it must be a really great asset of which will bring significant immediate news flow in addition to everything else that is currently going on and soon to be going on.
