Firstly, Michael remains as CEO of the Group, however on LinkedIn in he has welcomed Simon McCalla as the new CEO of the Online Division and also member of the Executive Committee. Seems to bring good experience from Nominet UK. Should free Michael up to focus on strategy.

Apparently on Monday 24th, according to chap on advfn who contacted the Company.

Fair point Bandit, it's just me being old school and not keen on debt whatever it's costing. Nevertheless I applaud the management in taking decisions to enhance shareholders returns.

I would rather have no debt.

Our maiden dividend is paid next Friday. Hopefully loyal investors will reinvest at these prices. I will be.

When Ben referred to the sticky retention of clients ( upper 90,%) I always got the impression he was talking about domain names side of the business, less so the On line Marketing but would be pleased if that was the case!

GP only 15% and no cash seems like the pipe dream is over. Sold out and taken the hit .

Michael did say that a Company called Perrin (?) who I assume are doing what Centralnic do earnt 224m dollars last year from a Microsoft contract. So it sounds like there will be competition, but significant nevertheless.

Yesterday on LinkedIn Michael said in an article 'don't miss our trading update on Monday, where we'll discuss the robust performance of our business '.
Sounds quietly confident.

Great report. You can sense his excitement for this share. Monday's update should confirm all is good.

An acceptable trading update in my opinion.
The Company built up inventory ahead of Brexit and now it is unwinding that position. Maybe some obsolescence as a result hence they have had to drop their margins to move the stock
Off set by some labour efficiencies which sounds like some stream lining. They have too many IT staff so that shouldn't be difficult.
Need to ditch Royal Mail and the business is in reasonable shape for the future.

The Company and Kestrel are certainly keen to accumulate shares before the trading update which can only mean one thing. ;)
Gutted that Ben has retired but delighted with the markets response. This is now my biggest holding and very comfortable about it.

Hmmm director dumping stock again as a couple of years ago. Continues to milk the Company and voted themselves more share options. Glad I dumped my shares at 51p and invested in a Company that has embarked on a share repurchase scheme to enhance shareholders value. Know where I want to be.

Great to see Kestrel continuing to buy, but God help us should they start selling!

Great H1 results. Looking forward to the webinar at 1pm today and maybe Ben will update on how the VGL acquisition is performing.
