Adam Davidson, CEO of Trident Royalties, discusses offtake milestones and catalysts to boost FY24. Watch the video here.
I doubt it's a manpower issue. I expect it relates to the elephant in the room, namely the outstanding litigation. That was supposed to have been sorted by the end of 2023 but hasn't and for whatever reason the auditors don't believe they have the full picture. The fact it is ongoing suggests further legal fees etc and maybe more.
I've sold out this morning.
Great listen. Sounds like for 2024 the Company will generate in excess of $50m free cash which it will deploy, in no particular order;
-increase in divided (1p in 2023)
-continued share buybacks
-M&A with the bar raised as to profitable targets
- reduction in debt.
All sounded very positive and look forward to hearing more on March 18, year end results.
Thanks Rivaldo. I have this feeling that Team Internet will one day spin off it's online presence side of the business. That would wipe out it's debt and set it up perfectly going forward. Anyone else think this is a possibility?
Continuation of the fall to yesterday's Rns.
Firstly, Michael remains as CEO of the Group, however on LinkedIn in he has welcomed Simon McCalla as the new CEO of the Online Division and also member of the Executive Committee. Seems to bring good experience from Nominet UK. Should free Michael up to focus on strategy.
Apparently on Monday 24th, according to chap on advfn who contacted the Company.
Fair point Bandit, it's just me being old school and not keen on debt whatever it's costing. Nevertheless I applaud the management in taking decisions to enhance shareholders returns.
I would rather have no debt.
Received mine today with ii.
Our maiden dividend is paid next Friday. Hopefully loyal investors will reinvest at these prices. I will be.
When Ben referred to the sticky retention of clients ( upper 90,%) I always got the impression he was talking about domain names side of the business, less so the On line Marketing but would be pleased if that was the case!
Michael did say that a Company called Perrin (?) who I assume are doing what Centralnic do earnt 224m dollars last year from a Microsoft contract. So it sounds like there will be competition, but significant nevertheless.
Yesterday on LinkedIn Michael said in an article 'don't miss our trading update on Monday, where we'll discuss the robust performance of our business '.
Sounds quietly confident.
Great report. You can sense his excitement for this share. Monday's update should confirm all is good.
