It has been rumoured by PI’s on here and adfn that the bod have turned down a couple of ‘silly’ offers. Can someone confirm or otherwise if all offers have to be reported via RNS? Just thinking that if one of those Offers was, say 56pps and had been reported, our share price would be there or near that price now.
I have not owned any bid situation shares before but hope this isn’t the last ;)

Doesn’t make sense to withhold that news vua RNS re a bid Ethio. Bit like saying I won’t put a new kitchen in my house in case I can fetch more for it.

Flanks bothers me. Rather like trying to sell a residential development with outline planning permission prior to receiving Full Planning.
Would mean so much more to the price tag here. We obviously haven’t received it yet or it would have been RNS’d.

Looking at the RNS 9th April on Tipil and Flanks, you would think if we were looking at a full company sale that those formal licences would need to be ‘in hand’. I wonder how long this will take. Been months.
