Anyone have any experience of a Nasdaq listed company buying out an AIM listed company? Not invested but just been reading about shocking treatment of Verona PIs by their AIM delisting to trade on Nasdaq only and how the value if their holding is reduced substantially and to top it there are 25% USA taxes etc etc. If we were bought out, say, by AZN, part cash part shares how would that affect value of our holding here? Thinking ahead but a USA pharma BO more likely don’t you think? Any info and experience shared here gratefully received.
