Honest Question for people here, Zaza and Steve have skin in the company. When they bought the so called shares, where did the money come from? I have seen it before, companies and their investment arms, raise money and pay directors to buy the shares. (Technically speaking, the money does not come out of the directors pocket, but from the investment arm.) I have said it before, a Director can not sell his shares in the business unless he is stepping down. Anyone wants to argue on that, go for it. Just remember, a Director buying shares boosts market confidence and we usually see a small spike, if a director was to sell, it would cause panic and there would be a massive sell out. So back to my main point, and my opinion, regardless of how much skin the directors have in the company, in my opinion is irrelevant. If the company goes bust, the director walks away quite happy. So no matter what the outcome of this fiasco, We stand to lose or gain, Zaza and Steve will always walk away happily. They are not in the same boat as us. We are currently in the kayak up the creek with no paddle, Steve and Zaza are sipping margaritas on the deck of their yacht.
