Why pay 40p a share for a company?? manipulate the share down and hey presto, a company offers 15% over the current price,

about 34p...everyone a winner......NOT. but it has been done before, many times

I suppose we all have one, and after a stellar year so far, i dont need to sell, so will hang on, but it has been a painful ride, with no communication from the company of any note, especially with a new chairman..

This is a poor hold, but i am not desperate so will hang on, so far a very poor investment

Colin can go and find another 100 million barrels of oil, thats what he does, in fact if you drilled my back garden deep enough, you would find coal. Gold. Silver. Maybe even rare earth minerals, and if you go deep enough, even oil, and that goes for all your back gardens too. The last time colin drilled he broke the bits, a right old mess, which is why he is now fishing for other people to fund the next drills. Insurance wont touch another disaster, and the rolls Royce need to keep running with whatever is coming in now, and the next partner will want a good slice of whatever they can get out, long before anything comes the shareholders way. Even after a 93 fold increase in this, a 25 fold increase in that, and a 3.5 fold increase in the other, the share price still hasn’t got to half of what it was 4 or 5 years back

I was expecting 10p..ISH, especially as output is slowly declining..naturally. unfortunately this looked a winner to the board so how does it bode for the next ones... hopefully as they are side tracks, there should be pay.

At the end of the day most investors are interested in a return on their investment, not really where it comes from, look at tobacco and alcohol...so far the new management have not sparkled....yet

At 34.35. must be a profit, it never fails to hit 37/38 every couple of months

No real headway, so no need to jump back in yet. lots of tinkering at the edges, but jam tomorrow again...maybe. interesting to see where the price settles..
