Partially correct. I could sell now and incur a loss of around £12k, but am loathed. I could sell some of my punt profits in Meta to offset this loss. Again, loathed. So am hoping to average down (again) with a BUY @itro 16p.

Or, i may put the share certificate away & hope that AH can save my bacon, eventually.

So when JL took over Capita on 1st December 2017 the share price was at c200p+

Now we are looking at a share price of just over three bob (that's 15p to you under 60's) at 17p

Just to be clear; you see this as a good thing then??

Put me firmly in the 'openly negative' catagory please. Not totally towards the future but more on the performance of JL's turnaround. I don't myself see it as much of a success. But i would respect others' opinions.

Maybe you would agree tho, that this is now an investment decision based on Adolfo Hernandez.

If he can bring his experience with AWS and apply it to Capita. The FY Results on 6th March will be interesting.

Not only the numbers, but his vision for the future of Capita going forward.

In his FY 2018 statement released on 14 March 2019 CEO Jon Lewis quotes....

"Balance sheet strengthened; £1.1bn raised through rights issue and disposals"

So where has all the money gone from sales from 1 January 2019 to now?

Same here trade, 16p is my target entry point. That would bring my average down to 26p, from what is now almost 29.

At that price i will sell all and never look back. Subscribed to the JL turnaround story and have been at paper loss for +2 years now. Should have sold at 40p when it reached it but greed got the better of me.

17 trading day's until FY Results. If i was AH i would get all the bad news out to give myself a clean slate. That may drop us to the 16p, if not before. Just my take on things......

An interesting comparrison here.

Zuckerberg declared 2023 his 'year of efficiency' which propelled the Meta SP from $100 to $400

In one year, ONE.

Whereas our own ex-CEO took a staggering 6 years plus to completely trash the share price....

Fortunatly for Mrs Kipper & myself we got into Meta @ an average of $145 & still hold.

iWeb will not reduce the WHT to 15%, & take the full 30%, even with the W-8BEN completed

I have had to transfer my DEC to HL to get the 15% & in so save myself several hundred pounds a year in WHT

An appearance on Sky's Ian King Live by AH on Wednesday 17th wouldn't go amiss either

you can Transfer your DEC shares to HL at any time and they take only 15% WHT; takes from 2 to 6 weeks they say

You can open a new ISA any time so long as no new contributions over the £20k are made

Sounds like this would save you c£1,600 a year to me.....
