Agree, we're on life support. But i think AH is up to the ask. Why would someone with all to lose choose Capita if he didn't see an opportunity. He probably could have gone anywhere, but he chose Capita. 2 turnarounds under his belt. Then moves on to work at Amazon (AWS); that Bezos fella ain't known for hiring idiots!

What is AWS known for; Cloud computing & AI. 2 things that could hopefully transform a company like Capita. Move everything to the Cloud and integrate AI technology. AH has a track record for doing just that.

What he can't do, after 5 weeks in the job, is effect the SP. Don't ever forget, the market is rigged. Sad, but true. MM's control the price. Media write crap stories. Shorts open. Price goes down. Boots get filled. Then SP is lifted. We saw it first hand with 'suckers rally' up to 21p pre results. Blatant manipulation.

Our job as investors, is to see through and past this. I am not a trader looking for 2p or 3p. Rince & repeat. I want to buy now at 15p & tuck away for 12/18 months.

Just, if i can suggest, don't gaze hourly at the SP. The company is on life support. Look at the record of the surgeon.

He's good; in face he's bluudy good.

To me, he's making all the right moves.

Read up on him. It really is worth the effort.

Compare AH's performance at SDL over the period 2016 to 2020 with Jon Lewis at Capita.

Sounds like a 4 bagger to me for AH.

Really, the BOD should have elbowed him out after 3 years tops. We could have had an AH 3 - 4 years ago!

Have patience, and am sure AH will deliver the goods. Seems to stay at companies for 2 - 4 years, until the turnaround is complete. Then moves on to the next opportunity.

Adolfo Hernandez has a fantastic track record at Sun Microsystems (9 years), IBM, Alcatel-Lucent, SDL

Did any of you know for instance that he took over at SDL in 2016 and within 3 years he had merged it with RWS giving investors a X4 return on their investment. Before that he was CEO at Acision for 2 years between 2013 & 2015. He left having merged that company with Comverse to for Xura. Do your effing research ffs.

7 Aug Claire Miles 20,000 shares @ 21.25p

6 Sept Tim Weller 539,176 shares @ 16.61p

29 Sept David Lowden 100,000 shares @ 16.87p

6 Mar Adolfo Hernandes 350,000 shares @ 16.21p

Point i'm making is if these are people 'in the know', why would they buy if Capita was a basketcase?

Note; most were bought in the region we are in now....16p area

That's about where i am with this. AH got out ALL the bad news & more to give himself a base to work off. The SP movement is just a natural reaction to that process. Now he has that base he can start to paint a brighter picture come June.

One more buy for me then i'm done; sticking to my plan of getting my average to 23p area. SP has been trading 17 to 23 recently.

Also, i can't imagine AH would have taken the job without some idea of the potential. What, just take the job only to take it to bankrupcy & trash his reputation? JL had his go, and messed it up. Give the guy a chance i say....

But AH buying tempted me too. Next update is June (i think) so 3 months off & +/- half way to H1 Results in August. Hopefully see more of what AH has in mind then. In the meantime, more Directors buying please....

Look Sharehead mate, we all make mistakes. Sure, you got sucked in by the JL Turnaround Story, but then most of us LTH did.

No point going all sulky on us, just come back, own up to it & you'll feel better, really.

Got my average to c25p now. Will go again, finally, at AIM's 14p & that will make me at high 23's break even. Looking forward over next few day's to media comments. More 'Crapita' stories I guess.

Have worked out that if i can find the courage to buy @ 15.25p i can reduce my average down to 24.75p.

Don't think it will be today tho. I want to see what the press/analysts come up with over next few days. See also what Schroders/MW do.

There is possible value here at this 15p level. For those with a 12/18 month view. Mid 20's achievable?? Who knows.

Results to 31 Dec, so this marks the end to the Jon Lewis years. Now to look forward & hope the AH years will be better.

Rise to 21p was indeed a 'suckers rally', to draw in the 50p by Xmas brigade

But, at some point the SP will bottom, then it will be feeding time, & a chance to lower your average...
