Am I being too optimistic in hoping that this hits 9-12p in the next 4-6 months? We did that a few years ago and the company wasn't as well positioned as it is today

I just can't believe that the share price is worse now than it was 3 years ago when there was less progress. I am still waiting for the day when this share is going to actually BOOM. I am not talking about a 20% - 30% increase in one day only to be completely wiped out two days later. I am talking about a 50% - 100% single day BOOM that is followed by a small retrancement before the share price continues climbing to higher highs.

Will this ever happen????

And to think someone spent 22K buying these last Friday just to wake up Monday morning with this news and over 3 thousand pound in the red. They are the one probably trying to dump ALBA to get out of this share.

The price is falling because loads of people are trying to sell but there are not enough takers. If loads of people are trying to sell at say 0.27p and set it to sell AT BEST PRICE but a few people have set their BUY prices at say 0.22p then the stock price will gradually drop to get to 0.22 which is where the buying price is taking place.

3 years heavily invested and waiting for the mention of the dreaded W word!!!........One of my worst nightmares was if they mentioned water when announcing drilling results. Also i know they are trying to sort the oil out but the current results are very disappointing indeed.

Honestly I have had such high expectation of ALBA just to be let down at every corner. From the fact that the price hardly never moves significantly for an extended period, to the constant raising of cash and dilution. UKOG and ANGS have at least moved significantly and multiplied several times at some point the last 3 years while ALBA has not even touched 1p.

Some people are going to say why bash your investment? But these are facts and there is no use pretending when the share price speaks volumes and is screaming the truth of the current situation. I use to dream of 6-8p from ALBA, even thought at one point that if could hit 10p on a good day but now I doubt it will ever get close to 0.80p again ;(
