Dear Sir, Peter ( if I may ) Can I preface my email by stating that I founded PYC not David Fell... I gave him some shares and employed his services. From a start that needed financial backing to take a proof of concept - The movement of E Coli along food gradients in silico to a commercially viable business, the market was at the time the best place to raise money. I believe we left the company in good hands and with a very realistic prospect of it becoming a leader in the sector moving to personalised medicine.

Twenty years later it is still looking to the market, cap in hand for crumbs from the financial table an annual occurrence as the company still trades in a quasi academic fashion relying on the support of shareholders to survive.

This year is an all time low as Long Term Shareholders of which I am one are effectively replaced /diluted by new investors who will never be Long Term Holders just short term profit takers-Day Traders. Can you imagine the insult? not forgetting the financial loss, perhaps not as you don't actually subscribe for shares or as a consequence of your actions watch the share price fall away.

Enough is enough! When are you as CEO going to manage the business in such a way that it actually makes money...3 conferences and no updates Biostats Division and no updates.

There should be mergers/ acquisitions/ Profit and Royalty sharing with clients. An elevation of the profile not just heads down until we run out of money. An whole raft of companies have set up long after PYC and whilst they frequently lack the knowledge base established at PYC out perform you as they are more creative in thought and presentation.

I should add that the debacle surrounding Christophe left me speechless. I am aware of the problem and just how long it took to "resolve". Incidentally the original contracts for PYC were quite specifically detailed as PYC owning rights to all intellectual property developed by an employee whilst in PYC's employ It was a Contract of Employment and a Contract that was binding.

I will not hold my breathe for a response I haven't received one despite a number of offers of help.

As trout alluded to previously the BOD are bent over a barrel here I beleive, and I can’t see a way out of it for them….i can’t see them winning a vote….

Basically options are

1. Huge dilution again witn 150mil shares issued and an outgoing CEO

2. Mike etc win the vote - win the BOD restructure, and hopefully build a team and a board which has equal share of business people / dr’s etc to actually take the business forward….

I think the latter is the best option imo and the “new BOD” should be supported.

It’s either rinse repeat or a possibility of progress…

This should have been announced in the details of the placing if there was any…..it wasn’t

Therefore if they come back to the table with other reasoning then surely all forms of trust / board strength amounts to zero….

If they had said the cash is for XYZ as you rightly say this may have had a positive impact on the sp - but again why the huge discount the last one was even higher at 50% discount.

Martin Gouldstone is very very well regarded in the industry in lead to beleive and has experience of working in PLC’s to create shareholder value…..

In addition - my very very limited knowledge leads me to believe Pete Sargent resigned as he fell out with the board / may have....it doesnt appear he has another role to go to either as per recent Linkin Posts which may support this....

Who knows maybe Pete could stay if the BOD is changed for the better....? Would be ideal in my view...

The company will announce further information very very shortly…. Which is more than likely going to be some rational for the placing…..and the support of it….

Namely to prevent a vote of no confidence….so Jim, Tim, etc can keep there roles.

Thing IF the placing passes - Mike will still have enough % to ask for a vote of confidence and get rid of them anyway.

I have voted against all….. as frankly after all these years it’s a better option than sticking with the same old rinse rinse rinse repeat….with Dr Jim……Tim et al

If Pete was staying it maybe a different story.

Mike has openly said there was better options and deals on the table….Jim has just gone with the lazy, complacent option as he has gotten away with it for to long.

As mentioned before Mike is very well connected and must have a plan.

So again….i have voted against all and know numerous other whom have done the same….

Its time for drastic changes which I see as the better options for the company at this time.
