The CEO Dr Pete Sargent grew the business NOT JIM Millen. under Millen it was awful….Zero communication aswell…

The CEO is leaving regardless of the Vote….who hasn’t got a role to go to…..I’d Suggest Dr Pete has had enough of the other liability board members.

I would hazard a guess that there is been some disagreement between the CEO and the Board bout the direction of the business. Dr Peter Sargent has done a fantastic job.....He has been the one driving revenue, building the team NOT JIM MILLEN or the other two Direcots.

Jim has taken Millions of Pounds Personally from the Company....Enough is Enough...

Alternatively they have a very clear pathway, and already have a very clear direction….lets see…

Let’s just put it into perspective Mr Millen has taken Millions of £ in salaries from the company….owns a few grands worth of shares……has repeatedly diluted the company from via placings - consolidation- placing.

He has also set up a private company with a previous full time employee Dr Hitesh Mistry and now they are both charging Physiomics LARGE fees in consulting fee, “as per interims”

People not wanting a change in direction are frankly writing off there investment anyway….so surely a change is better than nothing…

The current status quo cannot continue in my view...

When the company didn't get the best raise for its shareholder this was evident to see in plain sight, and therefore you can question all the other previous rasies....

The potential new board MUST have a plan and must have an understanding of what the pros and cons are and how the current BOD may or may not have reacted to there requisition...

As a LT shareholder there needs to be some shake up of the BOD however that presents itself... As this simply cannot continue in its current form.

These things take time....im sure they wouldn't have received the funds instantaneously...the SEC filing was only 20th Feb....

They will need to receive the funds before any further progress i can imagine as there will need to be upfront payments

I beleive they have a history of getting sued themselves
