The Sp is not moving because at this level people don't lose if it goes to 28p or there is a higher bid. The only downside is if the bid fails AND there is a subsequent large drop in the SP

Interesting level for the SP to settle at, whilst less than the 28p level its too high to give any real profit if planning/expecting to sell at 28p.

It said the BoD agreed to 28p, not the majority of sharreholders;

I think most of us are so worn down we would be happy with 35p

And mainly significant amounts.
