All we can take from this is that nothing was signed, although we can probably surmise that they probably have not walked away either, so we remain in limbo.
Given the preparation, and expense, we are given to understand to have been done so far I feel it is very unlikely that the trial will take not take place. Whether the KSA will then proceed to a full scale operation is a different question altogether.
Something has changed,it is a month on from when it was said that the contracts would be signed in a few days.
An RNS is needed to say that,other than the delay, there has been no material change in the KSA project.
