the reason why the share value is not rising is that there is no profit even though revenues are rising. the stock will go up when the break-even point is reached or is likely to be reached in the near future. it has nothing to do with whether the technology works or not. if it didn't work, eqtec wouldn't have any customers, but that's obviously not the case. to me, it feels more like corona and the ukraine war have broken the back of many projects because many business partners have cancelled some of the investments. and i think it also had a lot to do with the federal administration's permission to build plants. like in france and i think also in north fork. one working plant won't pay the bills it is easy as that.

i don't understand why people are moaning so much about the risky investments, because the risks are bloody obvious. even the whole economic situation is obvious. and while others are complaining about 50 million. 50 million is nothing, because eqtec has to pay bills to even exist, it has to invest in developing the technology and it also has to build ****. people want to get paid, and this is not a small kebab shop.

I have mixed feelings about the sale. Is it about investing money in certain projects or does eqtec need the money to pay off debts? The last point would mean that EQTEC has no liquidity left.

This is just a general question about the system and how a stock exchange works. Is it possible that the dilution of the shares can be reversed without affecting the shares of the small private shareholders? EQTEC, for example, dilutes the shares so that other financial service providers can buy the shares for relatively little money and sell them at a higher price. It is clear that these financial service providers have no interest in a long-term investment in the company. So if EQTEC generates enough revenue and profits, is there a possibility or option to ‘buy back’ these shares and keep the additional shares without touching the shares of the small shareholders? So that only the shares of the financial service providers are repurchased.

People go round in circles. why is it so difficult for many people to simply wait and see. all the speculation and figures that are quoted are only a snapshot. they say nothing at all about what forecasts for the future look like, because so much is in a waiting loop. you are all making life difficult for yourselves and some seem as if they have invested their livelihood in the shares at the point of absolute nervous breakdown. if it were all as bad as presented, you would write off the shares and move on to other companies.

But EQTEC is generating revenue. So the implication is that something is actually working. And I wonder what Palumbo is supposed to do when investors pull out of projects due to uncertainties in the market and political unrest and instability in the world? You take such a narrow view on the whole provlem, that you don't consider that it's actually a bloody miracle that EQTEC can operate.

All the bad mantra phrases don't change the fact that people have the urge to expect good news. Otherwise the interest in the whole share and the company would not be important. Relax and wait and see. You can't change the situation. Reading the chat is like watching a toddler desperate for sweets while the mum says no (and that's exactly what it is subconciously).

I just wanted to say the future outlook isn't so grim. I know many people here are feeling intimitated, because they invested alot of money, but " patience is the way". That coming from a guy who is eating noodles with ketchup to breakfast looking at my 6 Euro EQTEC "investment" ( stock balance) . I know I sound like a hippie, but perception is everything in life and in germany we say "things are not cooked as hot as they are eaten"

@Simms45 I guess EQTEC need a financial buffer for unforeseeable risks. I don't believe they have so many options about their investors. Also they have to pay creditors probably. Right now it is more like survival mode, but if the revenue is rising they don't have to dilute the shares any further. I see it like a constipation, while the biggest part of the poo is the most hurtful, the release afterwards will be a relief. Right now it is pressing through, but there is some kind of light and the end of the tunnel

Does the EQTEC share have the potential of Apple, Google and co. if everything works as planned? In my mind, it does. Because the potential of the technology and the solution to the entire waste problem + the extraction of resources or the generation of energy seems so incredibly good.

Isn't the interims report a good sign? I mean their revenue didn't produce any profit, but the near future (about a period of 6 Month) seems quite positive or did I miss something?

When would you invest in eqtec again? Would it be enough, when the revenue sales just rising with a potential stronger growth in the future or would you wait until there is definitely some kind of profit in the near future?

The “funny” thing is the “love hate” feeling I get when I read the comments. It seems people don't want to let go because they still hope it will be a success, and a big one, and the almost unbearable current situation, which is bad, but the near future could be groundbreaking. :D I'm not a sadist, but I like it because the people who are interested in it are very emotional, not only because of the investment, but also because of the idea they are convinced of.

I'm following this chat quite a while and I also invested in EQTEC, not much because I'm a poor german guy, but I was and still I am convinced that the tech by EQTEC is remarkable and is having a hugh potencial in the future. I am also an idealist . I don't invest in companies out of poor financial interest ( it is from a financial point of view kinda stupid, but it is my personality, what should I do ? :D).

It seems that EQTEC have a few problems. The first one is the financial situation, probably they don't have enough money to develope they tech and be the main holder of their projects . This is probably the reason why they changed their strategy . I read often here , that the company and the management is a scam, but the thing is if you develope a relatively new technology 60 Million or 200 Million are nothing. They probably would need between 500 million and 1 billion. But they don't have that kind of money, so they have to regenerate money through share dilution to have some income. I don't believe that Pulambo? is a scammer or bad manager, but the financial or investment situation is bad, because of the pandemic and the ukraine war, which created uncertianties for investors, who want to keep they money safe. So they pulling money out of projects who seems risky but are promising and I believe this fate affected EQTEC also. And this is the whole reason, while they had to change the companies long term strategy.

Until this point I found the whole behaviour of the management kinda logical.

My problem with the management is that they are not very openely with their issues and that they have to address the issues they are dealing with. As an example, what is the problem with the Plant in North Fork or what is the problem with the Deal with IDEX in France. ( probably they can't tell us all information about it, because of some kind of silence agreement between the parties)or what is the situation with their tech ( does it work ? If yes does it work constantly and steady?)This information silence creates a lot of mistrust and it seems many investors or people who are interested are very concernd and nervous, because the arguments rotating with no actually "value of any kind of news" like a bad mantra in this chat.

But I found maybe something interesting . The North Fork plant has actually a Website and it seems relatively new , but the information value is meager. But if someone want to phone call them or writing them an e-mail. Maybe they have some information :D . https://northforkcommunitypower.com/
