Probably waiting and searching for potential business partners. Because most stuff which have to be done right now are official permits and ceritifcations for machines and waiting for the feed-in tariffs for biomethane to be set. As I said before, eqtec and the project partners creating the legal and political foundation for the entire industry (You need to repeat that for every damn country EQTEC operates in :D). The bureaucratic wall is high. The whole situation has more external than internal factors, even if some people want to blame the management.

It's like a horror movie when old, forgotten investors crawl out of their basements to mourn an old era and try to drag other investors into self-pitying hell. But not with me compadre.

Why would anyone take EQTEC into private hands if the company is not making a profit? Why would another company invest money if not for the potential profit in the future? But for that EQTEC has to survive, and if you would inform yourself instead of getting lost in your conspiracies. Then you would know that this is not the fault of the management. These are simply the circumstances that EQTEC has to deal with, because the whole company was simply pushed in. At a certain point you can just react and the rest is just waiting for permission and certificats for machines and other things from official authorities. And this is the whole reason why so many projects are getting delayed.

The problems with Gardanne are not so much to do with EQTEC's management. Just because you don't always hear something doesn't mean that nothing is happening.

Current Status and Challenges

Despite technical advancements, the project's progression is currently hindered by external factors:

Regulatory Delays: The French government's postponement in releasing tariffs for RNG has led to a pause in several projects, including Gardanne. Stakeholders are awaiting the formalization of these tariffs to ensure economic viability .

Permitting and Agreements: The project is pending the receipt of a waste management permit and the finalization of binding agreements for waste supply and offtake with local industrial partners. These are critical steps toward securing funding and commencing construction .

I see the problem with certification, because authorities need a lot of time. This isn't only connected to North Fork also in France and Spain.

Gardanne could be ready for the next stage. I believe that the ‘feed-in tariffs’ for biomethane have been fixed, which was one of the reasons the project has not been developed further in recent months. What I didn't realise is that there are two biomass power plants in which eqtec is not involved and one in which EQTEC is involved.

The problem is not with Pulambo or the management. EQTEC has no influence on the regulations. The problem is that EQTEC does not report the problems. So ChatGTP is my best friend. That definitely needs to change.

The problem is that EQTEC technology is so innovative that there are no clear legal regulations. This is the reason why so many studies like those in Spain or France have to be carried out. If the previous projects come to a (successful) end. Then it will be much easier for EQTEC and more investors will come. Now EQTEC and the project partners must first lay the foundations for the entire market and establish processes with the authorities

Damn watching other people growing some kind of conciousness is kinda hard. It's like children taking their first steps, only more psychologically demanding and not as rewarding for those who are watching.

And have you also analyzed the Covid, the Ukraine war and the global political and economic turmoil? While you are thinking about opening up a market for new technologies that has enormous competition not only for the market itself, but also for investors and money? I doubt it. Because people with experience would consider that there are risks which can't be calculated with. That doesn't mean that Palumbo didn't do any mistakes, but I doubt he is the villian you want him to be.

All the shouting here is just about the possible loss of your money. That's it. Nothing more and nothing less. It doesn't really matter to you who is at fault or what reason led to this loss. It's just rambling about your own frustration. And people who are kinda reasonable just want to read INFORMATION, not your emotional break down

@pander12 I don't know? Maybe read the last 6 months of chat about why there is hope. And learn the difference between “investor money” and “stock market”. You know what? They're not the same thing. They are completely different topics with completely different players. To think that putting money into a company will make you successful on the stock market or build a business is completely naive. There are so many factors that influence EQTEC's business. As long as EQTEC does not have a steady income, the share price will not rise. The investor's money is irrelevant, if you invest because of that, then you shouldn't invest at all. At least in High Risk High Reward stocks. But I repeating myself and my blood pressure can't handle your post :D
