Tomski, how’s your investment in RR going?

Is it an occasional plonker though? Or just a way to keep the share price down and get people who bought in at a higher price to sell up.

If this test works it will shoot up so quick and PIs will be locked out. I just think there are shenanigans going on here. Look at what we are waiting for and yet the price is being depressed as if it is not significant.

As PIs we can only make money when the company does well. Unfortunately, if you have big pockets you can make money whilst you’re still waiting for news. What’s to stop say for instance two individuals with big pockets to keep pushing the price down by selling the shares to each other. Each time picking up more shares .

I have noticed it’s very difficult to pick up shares when it drops but yet drops again a few days later.

The point I’m making Lawrence is that all the execs have been in it for themselves so having Pavel and Hambro imo wouldn’t be any different to Strukov.

Lawrence, I’m sure by now you have read the auditors report so shouldn’t the title be crooked ex-ceo? A crooked ceo getting disgraceful treatment - what goes around comes around.

Even if POG are selling gold the main issue as Lawrence said is that they can’t service the debt due to sanctions.

Has the company spoken to GBP and offered to keep depositing the money to service the debt in a high interest account at a non sanctioned Russian bank? Once the sanctions are over GBP can get access to the account.

For the life of me I can’t see why GBP would not go for this option. The amounts to service the debts although in millions is paltry for GBP. That way when sanctions are over GBP pick up the arrears and keep making money on POG.

All this talk of calling in the debt just doesn’t sound right to me. I could undertsand it if POG was refusing to pay.

This is why I still hold and believe someone is loading at this price. If we had a big seller then this should have gone below 1p now.

Imho they are changing the nominal value in order to do a raise as they would not have been able to do it if nominal is 0.25. The only positive is that he has alluded that there are investors who will buy in for more than current price. Reckon around this range will be the low now.

I’m not invested but will look to get in after I have done a bit more reading.

Tomski said that the 1.2m sale is quite cheap.

Haha not one kind word - feck me he’s either the worst investor ever or just another saddo seeking attention.

I really don’t know what to make of this share.

If you look at the price action over the few weeks it looks like it’s just drifting waiting for some news.

However, look at the buys and sells and doesn’t make sense. People are dropping up to 1m shares and they’re getting bought.

My thinking is one of two:

I) either price is being held here for people to offload
Ii) price is being here for someone to load up

Normally I would say IIs selling but they are so much is a few million going to make that much difference to them?

Why is someone paying 1.3 for this share today - crazy

Nothing has changed on this share deffo boom or bust.

@lawrence Agree Strukov will look out for number one but not getting why you think pavel or Peter would be any better . An external audit by kpmg shows quite a lot of money went out of the business when they were in charge. For example 83.5m usd to entities linked to senior management.

Lawrence - google finance shows you the percentage rise/fall based on the last trade (buy or sell) and trades are not delayed whereas LSE et al show you the percentage based on the mid price and the figure is delayed by 15 minutes. No chance of LSE showing 20% unless the mid price rises

Looks to be a bloodbath on the markets today. Look at ASOS down 20%. Nothing new has changed for POG just moving with market sentiment. Hold or sell but really can't understand the vitriol towards Tomski. Can't blame him for trying to get the price down so he can buy in. I look on that as a positive that even our worst dreamer actually wants in, just needs the price to go lower so he can buy a decent amount as he's skint after losing money on IAG. haha

When a share is in auction they flip the buy and sell prices on trading platforms. The buy and sell options are enabled but you wouldn’t have been able to buy or sell.

Serious question - how is the share price shown on LSE and other sites calculated? As far as I can tell all trades has been in range 1.25 - 1.34. why is the share price showing 1.446 and I don't think it's been below 1.339.

Any thoughts?

As POG refuses to trade lower at 1p, Tomski in desperation has sold 50% of his holding to push the price down...

This board is an ever bigger mess than usual.

We have non holders Tomski, fingerlickin, tasteit ****ing themselves every time the share price falls a few percent even though the whole market is down!

We have tiger who has connections and thinks it’s a buyout but his connection can’t tell us for how much. Will he be proven right?

Who knows but reality is this share will either be worthless , get bought out or will come back strong.

So tiger and the non holders have both got a 33.3% chance of being correct.

My personal opinion is this share will only rise with some sort of Ukraine resolution combined with lifting of sanctions.

I have noticed for the last few days that the bid and ask range doesn’t seem to make sense at all. The trades have been below the mid price meaning lost have been sells. We know this is not true as people did dummy sells and found you could but it below the mid price.

In my opinion there is an orderly transfer taking place from retail investors. I think this will be taken down slowly and retail panicked into selling. Once the selling stops we will see it move back to 1.50-1.60 range until we get sanctions lifted.

This is not financial advice but just my take on the situation.
