@justdriftin - The boss of Tinkoff was put on the EU sanction list and came up with a brilliant idea to post a comment on social media blasting Putin and the army. So as happens when you **** off a dictator he confiscates your business.
The POG board have played it as well as they can and not antagonised the Russians or the EU. Personally, we need to keep this low profile until we get some sort of settlement in Ukraine and sanctions lifted. I really do believe if this doesn't end then we are headed for a famine where millions will die - see link below. We need to be honest , 85% of the countries have no sanctions on Russia. These sanctions are not working, for example Russia have refused to sell oil to Finland. Now Finland is getting its oil from other European countries, which get some of the oil from Russia. So Russia is still getting paid. The only people suffering are the poor around the world and the poor Ukranians. I the mean time our leaders get to look tough with no end product.

Ukraine and Russia both play a major role in global food markets. They are net exporters of several of the leading cereal crops: wheat (23%), maize (corn) (18%), and barley(19%). Both are also dominant exporters of sunflower oil (64%), one of the world’s dominant vegetable oils. Some countries – such as India – rely heavily on imports of sunflower oil for domestic food supplies.
Ukraine has been one of the world’s largest contributors to the World Food Programme – the UN agency that provides food aid to countries in crisis. The Head of the WFP – David Beasley estimates that it provides 40% of its wheat.
