In around three weeks it will be emarketplace's first anniversary. One year and: No update on this product/service No launch or further extension of the trial No new cities signed up No marketing to attract businesses No marketing to get consumers on-board And many other NOs. It does make me wonder, is it a real product which Hibu will launch or they are just using it as a shield to buy more time and milk all the cash out to this company and leave it high and dry. They spent millions on bonuses without justifying why likes of Pocock deserve nearly a million quid in bonus. So 12 months and emarketplace is more or less in the same state as it was last year. Why? Why? Why? Let us celebrate first anniversary of never launched and most talked product of Hibu, a self proclaimed leader in the digital marketing arena. Any thoughts folks!!!

A company who has missed debt/interest payments, owe over 2 bln, has managed to slash the market capital from 1 bln to 9 mln, where revenues have been in decline for years, have told shareholders that your shares have no value.... the very same company has paid bonuses two months earlier in the name of staff retention. Hibu's Chief Strategy Officer is a speaking at the "Chief Strategy Officer Summit" in London, on 25th April, this Thursday at 9 am. It is a high profile conference and title of his presentation is "From Yell Group to hibu - a Strategic Transformation". I expect some useful information will emerge from his presentation, he surely cant beat about the bust when there are 100's of senior business leaders present at the conference. If MP has allowed him to speak at the conference then I am sure this is part of marketing and roll out of new products/services. Stay put, DYOR.
