... but small sample size so far, wouldn’t be able to call it numerically significant. Also no timelines for continuation of ph3. Hopefully there is an interview/ post to give more clarity.

I’ve been thinking about it this way for a while, the none inclusion of Covid-19 revenues in the annual projection led me to think this might be the approach.

Clearly selling at cost is different to no revenue but from a planning perspective it would make sense to exclude on this basis if the commercial model isn’t declared.

Another option would be you charge private companies/gov for the readers as it’s in their interest to open up but the breathalyser element is free for penetration, recurring revenue on the chips. That would be the most lucrative for Dvrg to my mind.

Could be an all cash offer, in which case shareholders get bought out or could be an all share offer where shareholders move to owning shares in the acquirer at an agreed conversion rate. Could also be a combo of the two...

It’s clear you have an agenda based on posting history, and as eluded to by yourself and others likely a personal link to MW/Dvrg.

All I would say that is if you are making accusations of ‘fraudulent behaviour’ and have ‘evidence’ then I ask that you share it for as you say we should be ‘heeding your warning’ if once the evidence is seen, shareholders agree with your statements. If you don’t/can’t share it then probably best to leave out the accusations and slander towards the company, and save your own time and the time of others by not posting here anymore. Sound fair?

Good synopsis Paul that’s my view on current state as well. I previously thought fair value was around 40p but I this Rev update places it more like 50p with SkinTrust and BT as upside past that.

From a financial perspective I understand the commission (although structure, how much etc obvs tbc), It’s that role the product plays in our ecosystem, like you that link and how it might feed into Microtox BT/PT or even Labskin is where I’m lost. Hopefully GB makes it all clear shortly.

Does anyone have a view on how this installment works and what this means for DVRG holders aside from the benefits of a great bit of kit adding value to the overall offering? I’m trying to understand where else we might see it crop up.

I don't think so Dafad. I'm Australia based and this is fairly common news over here, from what I can tell it looks to be manual testing 'below ground' but there certainly is a rigour and framework to the testing which has proved effective. I'll be sure to report back if I see any sign of DVRG involvement (or if GB needs a sales rep ;) )

Thanks Chesh, I've been keeping an eye there but hadn't seen anything coming up. I assumed given it's the 1st Dec and thats a week out it would have been shared.

Hopefully a nice steady rise to the low 30's ahead of the meeting, this last month has been completely unwarranted and tough to witness.

So essentially your shares are frozen until offer outcome is known.
