Wonder where these shares are going ?? CLON it seems have the right connections in Bolivia (30+yrs) which is why NextChemX need them !

"As a cost and under separate arrangement, the Company is required to transfer half of the shares received from Clontarf to remunerate certain non-related third parties for their introduction of Clontarf to the Company and to remunerate their efforts in the negotiation and finalization of the Agreement."

Any further tv news coverage and this will take off as everyone will want a piece of the action.

GLA .... we have just started the journey

only 93 million shares here ........ not billions like some other aim companies and hopefully most in sticky hands.
I'm holding tight this year with so much positive news on it's way: UK roll out following NICE recommendation, accessing international markets, FDA approval in USA, plus obviously the stroke test etc

I am so impressed with what's been achieved in the last 9 months (literally a dirt patch to full blown mining operation on the cusp of production).

Either way, a 3p buy out in the next few months or 3p share price is possible even this year based on what has been achieved so far and Prem seem more than capable to expand the whole operation.

Chinese companies are now initially prioritising security of supply by providing funding for pilot plants in exchange for some shares, and then seek outright control once production is proven to be low-cost and economically feasible.

This is why, in my opinion, the buyout is coming and coming fast before Prem's value exceeds $1 billion.

Either way, a 3p buy out or 3p share price is achievable in the next few months if Chinese bid or within 18 months.

Just HOLD onto your shares as I believe it's a win win situation here i.e. buy out or significant production / expansion with plenty of positive newsflow.

Yes, looks like Klaus should have notified plus several other key stakeholders due to additional share allocation reducing their percentages.

Last time I looked about a week ago Klaus still had 16 million shares at least according to market screener.

Bolivia has the world's largest, lowest cost, and most environmentally-friendly lithium deposits.
The potential here is huge ....... patience and hold tight !

Absolutely agree ..... the game has just started here.

Clon could very well be the next prem (from a patch of exciting lithium dirt only 9 months ago and worth about £200 million now on the cusp of production). Excuse the cross ramp. I'm invested in both.

Clon is worth about £6 million. Absolute entry level for any lithium play.
If the technology works and Bolivian Gov on board (ducks are lining up) then this joint venture is the first step to potentially huge rewards as Bolivia have vast brine resources.

Find another company in the lithium triangle at this market cap !!

I'm investmenting here for more than a day or few weeks.

Serious news today and finally a world class law firm with $15 million to spend!!

Await likely battery metals acquisition or JV to further propel the share price. Plenty of news to follow.

BHP invested US$29m on drilling/infrastructure to prove up an impressive resource in the mid-1990s.
Pathfinder Minerals then acquired this mineral sands project back in 2011 for £34 million and close to multi billion Kenmare operation.

I appreciate title issues ever since, however surely any legal compensation claim has to be worth at least £34 million, so that's minimum 10x current cap.

Directors have around 50 million share options and warrants this year so huge incentive to get the deal done and start something new (battery metals for instance).

Major investors are still involved as far as I can tell.

If this deal goes ahead then I expect a huge re-rate as company will receive upfront cash plus huge potential compensation claim (could be hundreds of millions of pounds) being pursued in the background at no cost to the company (it's a win win situation).

Let's hope Clon and NextChemX can extract lithium in Bolivia. The results could be spectacular. First step is to get the deal signed........ Not long to wait !!! GLA
