TBTT your concerns are certainly all valid and I am sure there isn’t a shareholder which doesn’t share them.
But until we hear progress until we get the next steer on the progress the company is looking to achieve what use for it serve by continuously posting these concerns

They are offset by potential Marange news which we are told is progressing by the BP asset looking to open and push to production, by on going discussion with SSGI by negotiating new off take agreements by looking forward to assay results by waiting to hear plans for Eureka.

Add to which we have a new FD who will be looking and finances with directors purchasing with a CEO who is in country with a large prospective operation with multiple purchases supporting the recent low SP

Sure they had been plenty to empty the glass and I cannot wait to Derick but like you I am still in and look forward based on the company announcements

Mr Bud recently confirmed owned 334 mm shares
If he was the known buyer in the subscription he would own 341mm shares and his percentage holding would have dropped from from 4.75% to 4.55% given the change in number of shares issued in the placing

Don’t see that for this transaction a TR1 would be required as doesn’t cross a full percentage threshold

As for the 2x 100mm transactions well that is 2.6% of the company if a single buyer.... add to which the other substantial buys it is fair to assume a) either Mr Bud has gone back to the market for more and TR1 from him due b) they were sells mopped up by the days substantial buys which maintained the SP c) a new buyer. AP took 8.3mm at £.006 in Oct. also

Add the £14k purchase he took at £0.0028 and that is a decent chunk of change

I am sure he would have loved to have spent his £64k at £0.0017 and got 38mm shares, but we can all say that can’t we.

I reckon £64,000 is a decent investment for the last 4 months and if he decides more can be bought then great but I am not going to berate him for his commitment via investment

Happy to criticise his appalling cash management and some of the fiscal decisions on his watch. Not keen on some of his missed time lines, but that’s the prerogative as a shareholder.

No.. we are not in a closed period...

BATfink... it could be argued that all price sensitive info is out though...
We have been told we are looking at offtake partners and they are due to be signed... we know this because the company has disclosed it

Also we are aware of diamond award... we are just pending contracts to be signed.

Argue that unless they were signed or formalised then there is no market sensitive info pending... therefore directors ( and chairman) free to buy.... should that come today or tomorrow and the information not released then yes I would agree with you... but I do not draw the same assumption as you suggesting it may be “some time”. ( if you mean by this a long time!)

We had received timelines both in RNS and AP podcasts. 3-6 weeks for offtake ( in my mind end of March) and a couple of weeks for contacts on Zimbabwe diamonds ( end of March again)

I wait to be proved wrong or disappointed, I wait for news on the progress at BP, hopefully with some more substance than a couple of photos of old machinery and fellas on smoko breaks. I await news of assays recently passed for assessment.... all of which have the ability to disappoint but equally as I hold I hope for a positive update.

Meanwhile, the large volume plays, the boards purchases and our investors TR1 holdings are keeping me keen.

Given all of the buys through out the day my first thought is they are sells.... but let’s not forget someone bought them... can’t see the mms birding that lit up whilst SVS have a few hundred mill to get shot of

Either way.... that’s a lot of the company that has changed hands today...
Liked the director buy... those that say it’s a pittance well I wonder what they woul say if AP announce he bought 200 mm shares today and then dropped news of Offtake, diamonds and debt restructuring

10 mm shares is a decent lump and he got a great price. Let’s face it AP bought half this number of shares not too long ago for a little under this amount of cash.

TBTT.... although the company have asked for a GM to ensure ability to transfer right to place those shares which were supposed to be for Bergen T2.. confirming they were “ ring-fenced” it does seem that no such restrictions applied to the 2bn shares which were supposed to be used as collateral to support a loan.

This leads me to reread the GM meeting request for the 11th... is this a further request for 1 bn additional! On top of the 1bn Bergen and on time of the remaining loan security shares!
Wouldn’t that make 11bn shares??

I await the podcast from AP again telling me that I do not understand!

If money is required then I get the placing... but to say 2 bn shares would be used for collateral for a loan and then to use 12.5% for general placing is making me feel quite sick

As for the subscription I guess Mr Bud is the investor? Another 40 mm shares to him on top of the £10k he spent at this subscription and he will be over the 5% holding.... we shall see.

Hope AP is having a useful trip in Zim.
