WORLD CLASS APPOINTMENT.
No wonder the competition are reducing investment and throwing in the towel (well they had done that some time ago).
A great start to the year but alot more to come for this company this year.
I definitely expect us to surpass our previous all time highs this year.
All best.
£15m wiped off the value because he didn't declare a burger and a snickers!
Christ alive.
He isn't even the main man or driving force. Can easily be replaced.
I'm not a holder but will be buying in today. Excellent fundamentals. Bargain.
Have not looked in for a few days but see that @Vas is still spewing the same sh*t, shouting people down, and being aggressive to all who just want to make some comment and give their thoughts. Some things never change. He must have special types of problems at home. Would obviously be a much more pleasant board without his input.
After a much better week, I fully expect that we will be hearing alot more soon from Ransom/Rhino/Viridian regarding their further plans and strategy for further Sales and distribution agreements. Exciting times indeed.
Excellent RNS.
More stores = Higher revenue = Higher profits = Higher SP.
Simple as that. I expect many more of these as the new marketing guys start working their magic to elevate the brand across all retail sectors.
Great news indeed.
Must be news incoming.
Was always going to do this at some stage once the work had been done. Its the nature of this type of business and technology taking us to the future of business. Think there will be a few more days like this in the future.
Hopefully they will share the details today.
GLA.
Excellent info.
And whoever has bought this is not going to want to wait around forever.
They got to start paying for it so need to get shovels in the ground.
Without doubt feels closer than at any time before.
Hopefully it will take our breath away, as we all certainly deserve it!
Al best.
@permix.
Its nothing to do with inflation for Strix. It is the inflation/added costs for the Kettle appliance brands.
I work in different sector of small appliances but similar size. Approximate shipping cost per kettle before pandemic I estimate as 50p. Now it will be £3-4 per kettle due to container cost increases. That is a huge bite out of the profits as they are in contracts with retailers. Based on similar white goods and small electrical appliances, I think the minimum are being shipped and the rest stockpiled in China to minimise extra costs and to wait for reduced shipping container costs. So the call off from the first tier suppliers (in this case switches), will be being reduced as the stocks of appliances rise. This is what I expect is also happening at Strix. So I expect volumes to be down on 3rd and 4th quarters. All I am saying is that I expect a short-term drop in sp while all this plays out. Then expect a recovery in Q1 and Q2 next year in terms of the volumes but still may take longer. So in terms of topping up with more shares I am just saying it may be more prudent to wait and keep powder dry.
Its no surprise that Directors are selling. They don't need to sell. They don't need the money short-term. Unless they can see a drop in sp coming. In which case you normally see more than one director selling at same time, as was seen.
The release of new product launches yesterday did not seem to be welcomed with much enthusiasm. I was surprised by this as I expected it to compensate far more for the drop due to director sales.
The above is why you can see such differences in Broker estimates. Some Brokers understand certain supply issues better than other brokers.
I have no intention to sell for 3-4 years but am always looking for best top up opportunities.
Liambooth argued time and time again that it would not get CE approval. So much of his time wasted..........if he was not getting paid for it.
Every prediction he has said has turned to rat sh*t. All though it, and ever since he has arrived, the sp has.......gone up.
He has said he wants to see a lot more data and get clearer answers before I can make a fully informed investment decision on the prospects of MED3000 and the future of Futura Medical. But he is still whining even after hundreds of emails. Most people would just have moved on to invest in another company.
Unless you were getting paid to be here by a company that has the most to lose if this becomes successful. Now I wonder who that could be.
In the short term I expect the sp to pullback a bit.
Appliance production including kettles/water boilers have all been reduced due to the fact that OEM factory warehouses are full as a result of availability of shipping containers to the West. Also shipping cost per finished appliance will have skyrocketed due to increased shipping container costs wiping out alot of the profit per appliance/kettle so the quantity being shipped will be getting scaled back and so switch production will be getting affected/reduced with reduced revenues. I know because I also work in white goods from China but totally different type of appliances. Same issues.
I'm already a holder here but will be waiting before I add more as I expect the next update will be less favourable. Maybe over next 3-6 months. Will be interesting what the BOD say on this issue in next trading update.
But longer term will definitely see continued growth on same path once shipping and cost issues slowly return to normal.
All best.
Last year 365 people died as a result of taking Viagra.
Since it was introduced in 1998, 59,578 have had bad side effects from taking viagra, and 1,595 have died.
So @Liambooth, I guess you will be delighted in the future when MED3000 eliminates the majority of the above cases, as a first step to saving lives, before the possibilities of hiding any other underlying illnesses.
But I guess you would not do that if you were being paid by them to be here for example.
In 12 months we will be well North of a £1. More like £2.
Reading the irrelevant over analysis below is like watching two bald men fighting over a comb.
Get a grip of your lives and start living it.
If you are so unconvinced here then put your money into #EUA which will also multi-bag at any minute.
I can say without hesitation that this has definitely been the toughest hold of my trading life so far. Cannot tell you how many times I have thought of selling up and putting it into something else.
Fortunately I have been kept in by the bloody crazy mad hatters who reside on this board with promises of rum, kippers and god knows what else. No other board has been as much fun.
I have no idea where the sp will end up after the different sets of news and the sale. I know what I think we all deserve but often it doesn’t happen as it should from a sale. Hopefully this will be one of those rare exceptions where it takes your breath away. At the very least I hope we see a minimum of two bags from here but i don’t want to jinx it by saying anymore. Hopefully the beginning of the end starts tomorrow.
All best.
The only people selling now are the same people who yesterday were filling bin liners with petrol and putting in the boot of their car!
Hold for the most magical day of your trading life so far, and probably forever!

Its coming..............SHORTLY!
