Tbh qprswc. They've moved from a prime location to an industrial park miles outside the city. As far as I know there's a receptionist and very little more. They're trying to save money and I asked Conroy years ago why don't they move. He said CGNR's profile needed a city centre location. Maybe KDR are expanding but CGNR is shrinking day by day. At least rent will be cheaper now.

Indeed glenalmond. I've even given up giving out about it. Lol. Ive learned a lesson albeit a very costly one; never, ever trust business leaders. No matter how sincere, how successful, how genuine, how statesmanlike even, they might appear. I'm cynical and untrusting of people in general but I was taken in hook, line and sinker. Sadly, there are still people who believe. If there does happen to be success in other ventures (we all know it won't be here) it won't be through hard work and sincerity, it will be by dumb luck.

Have to agree, Granto. Could never understand that and assumed I was missing something. There's an arrogance about the bod that I don't like. It's all very well being cocky when you're doing the business but when the progress is as slow as it is, a little humility is in order.

The sp actually closed up 2.6% at 2.9p today. LSE are showing a few wrong sps (see AEX).

He's a buddy of Conroy's, tokenpunter. They might be lining him up to takeover altogether. There's two ways of looking at the that. The positive way would be to believe he's investing more because he sees real value and wants to continue Conroy's work when Conroy retires. The negative way of looking at it is they want a friend to carry on after Conroy so someone close to the bod can continue to make a fortune by milking shareholders as they have for years. Either way, while I like the bbs, I no longer care. It'll take a minor miracle to get me up to only losing 50%. I need around £1.05p for that. £2.13p to break even!

I'm not well up on KDR so didn't know about Rio's presence. That might protect KDR from Conroy's greed.

Unfortunately, yesterday's RNS at KDR had zero effect on their SP. It looks like the market is getting jaded with KDR over nothing substantive coming out. Continuous test results and exploration area extensions are useless without timeframes. I sincerely hope Conroy is not milking KDR shareholders like he did here but it is a very similar story.

I hope KDR do well as I have friends invested there (not happily I might add). It has been pointed out to me (and I checked) that KDR's sp is down about 60% since May 2015. With regard to tests, it's a running joke here and on other websites that all Conroy does is run tests. They lead nowhere, result in nothing and then rinse and repeat. The 'delighted with' test results used to get a very short term small spike, now the sp drops straight away with every new test. I firmly believe Conroy knows the game is up and that's why one of the last RNSs stated tests will be ongoing. He's copped on that rather than issue test result RNS after test result RNS, each which is now causing the sp to drop to new lows, he just said 'tests will be ongoing'. I'm in my third year now asking for a timeframe.. That's what's needed here but as soon as he issues one the gravy train stops.

According to Conroy the answer would be 'no'. Truth be told, I'm not as plssed off with Conroy as I am with myself. I knew his political affiliations and I despise the party he was involved with specifically because of their corruption. But I listened to the shyte I read in the Irish newspapers and thought he might be different from the rancid and proven corruption of some members of Fianna Fáil. I was wrong. I'm not saying Conroy is corrupt (because those ****z sue in the blink of an eyelid) but I am saying I fell for the 'nice,honest,genuine' guy routine. Never again. Sorcha, I will turn people of your inheritance using honesty at every chance I get. Tell your Da to commit to an honest timeframe or acknowledge the truth. Btw, I hope you aren't aligned to Fianna Fáil.
