RE: Last Chance29 Dec 2019 11:48
Well I've been researching this over the past few days and I'm scratching my head wondering where the catch is.
The minimum Market Cap for the HKEX is indeed £50m. current market cap is £11m, so is the Hong Kong exchange going to revalue these at 5 or more times higher per share than AIM? perhaps this would be justified if they were to fully deep dive the accounts and forecasts etc, but who knows. Or is the company going to do a massive raise which would increase the markey cap but obviously dilute the existing shares so current shareholders wouldnt realise a 500% + gain when the switch happens.
It all looks very positive, and I'm looking to buy but I do wonder about the above, it seems to good.
Cheers
