'simple novation of contracts' - you're showing your naivety there mate.
I would love a bidding war blah blah and a great buy out ... got to be realistic it wouldnt be a straight forward scenario.
Might be better anyway to stay as HEMO and have licence agreements with multi global PHARMAs, that way your not just tied to one.
JHFH what would happen to J&J, Org etc .... any buy out would need agreed with them guys given HEMO have existing arrangements with them. Not sure that could work given rights to the IP
Cant see it, in with to many massive companies, what would J&J do if Lilly bought HEMO?
I know I wish people would stop presenting charts for low liquidity AIM stocks, they really are pointless.
The rules:
- Unexpected good news - SP rockets 50%
-Expected good news - SP builds towards news
but then the sell on news brigade strike
turning it into a damp squid
Bad news - SP tanks
No news - SP drifts

Good post teeside pete
100%. money moving into this stock right now, been building for days. Big news expected in the next 2 weeks. The best this is that the news, whilst we can guess we really have no idea what it is going to be, thats the sort of news that causes 300% rises in a day. The other type of news (as an example) is ODX's design freeze status, i.e. it was always going to happen so it was priced in, and ended up being a sell off (i'm in ODX aswell BTW)..... This will be different!!
Agree the fundamentals etc are all still the same, and this will rocket soon etc etc etc... but comon, not the old 'mates rates' BS.
Reality is people who subscribe to placings nearly always sell down, maybe not as much as the SP drop would suggest, but that is just MM's taking advantage of the situation to collect more cheap shares before they sell higher. IMO
I don't think HEMO has any C-19 hype included in the current SP. People who hold are looking at everything else going on, and if the C-19 works comes good then thats a bonus.
If any of HEMOs R&D produces new drugs / medicine or vaccines then the value of the Company will explode. Until then, we wait with patience and ongoing confidence in their team of clever scientists.
For me design freeze is the biggest one without doubt. the validation after that is a formality as long as the test works aswell as they say it does following the UKRTC trialing of it.
Design Freeze is the point when the consortium confirm they have a test that works i.e. that has been trialed and the results are 98% + accurate etc.
They cannot freeze the design until the test produces the required accuracy results. So each time they tweak the design they need to trial it again, analyse the results blah blah and that is the thing that takes the time I think. Once it hits the mark, and they have the evidence to prove it (via trails) then they will put forward for validation which should be a given ....
tuan6 wow you talk a load of rubbish.
fwiw JHFH I imagine you will do very well in the long term if you hold.
All said and done, they could throw a curve ball in and report a multi-million point deal with someone, then all bets would be off.
good luck
magical-trevor it hasnt got the hallmarks I agree, it will be an unexplained increase in SP (or in other words a 'pump'), everyone will get excited and buy in expecting it to go to 50p, then it will get sold into and back to 6 - 7p it goes.
Just my take, take it or leave it. We'll see.
My prediction here is that the SP will suddenly burst into life, possibly flying upto 9p or even 10p to allow the II from the placing to sell into it and make profit and de-risk their holding.
How much the they intend to keep or sell is anyones guess, though once the overhang is gone the long term prospects potentially look good.
I'm waiting for the pump so I can sell and get out, then good luck to those who hold for them to find the cure for cancer, if they do then you will be the big winners.
And news could drop at anytime
They you go Nel dog "a trading share". As such, when you appear it is because you sense a rise in the SP.
AMug its a fair point. These companies go from zero to hero in the blink of an eye. We're hoping this company can catch the mackrel do to speak, they have a few good avenues open and a good team, so SP increase is based on sentiment in the event they pull it off
Have you bought in now?
HUGE HUGE HUGE profit in Pharma. They get some of their products past validation and into the market (via which ever Global Pharma Company) and they will be in for incredible returns.
Returns in the Building Industry are say 3%, returns in Pharma are over 100%.
One things for sure, you know this is on the rise when old Nelly crawls out the woodwork.
