Trawling through the RNS's I came across this statement

Board Changes



It is intended that at least one additional director will be appointed to the Board of the Company in due course. Thom Board, the Company's COO will resign on the appointment of an additional director. Paolo Amoruso has provided notice of his intended resignation from the Board of the Company, but the terms and timing of his departure are under discussion. A further announcement will be made once this is clarified.

In my opinion, this is the first stage of the deal in motion - fully expect a new director on board soon

We would all love to see what cash they have remaining

The Company had cash or cash equivalents of £526,000 in mid June. with liabilities of £237,000.
Payments due $160,000 from Zink Ranch and $200,000 payable over 3 years from Austin field
A stab in the dark - I would say the the company has £250k cash imho
The 2019 results are due by 30th September, so may get an idea if they disclose in any forward looking statments

Took a position today - shell looks cleaned up ready for new blood and projects.

Bought in last week.

The cash in bank £1M plus versus market cap of £2.75M is a no brainer - primed to move in line with gold and play catch up with peers around it.

Especially like the fact that since listing, they have only came to market once for cash and was for £330k in May 2020. The cash burn for exploration and maintaining the listing is less than £100k a month.

3 Gold focused projects and a silver one and all in jurisdictions that are safe and stable.

Orion, The first 200 ft at Kapunda are "Kaolinised" and the next 100ft transitioning from kaolin zone to fresher rocks.
The ISR approach for gold should work on the kaolinised zone down to 100m.
Question is there gold from surface?

Drill hole KP1 - had 97m @ 3g/t Au from surface.

Envirocopper recently drilled 3 shallow holes and we await the assays for both gold and copper - we should know more then.
