I think what is more interesting is the companies involved
Government of Gibraltar
IPFS - the gold standard for the Blockchain webspace and NFT hosting
Fileco - the token for IPFS I believe - a $5bn company
Rarible - online market place NFTs
Circle - a payments processor in the crypto space
It is clear to me that Coinsilium/Indorse are working with these companies

To me the key takeaway from the RNS is "NFTs on the Bitcoin ecosystem"
