Ak47 share are going to ARCM, not to the market. And they will give them back to Issuer.
Issuer will sell them at current maket price slowly. That logic tells me.
Than ARCM has to buy (more or less) 100mln shares to close the short, and hand them to the issuer again.
Issuer again, would like to sell them even higher.
