As I said, market should not be set up like this.
Core feature of share market is share issue. It should not be the case that information bout this changes current valuation of the company. This is not logical, and is coming only from those who setup rules against companies and shareholders. And that is wrong.

He is punished by market in crisis times for being honest. It should not be like that. This is still 50p company in current market and if hey say they are forced to issue more share, sp should not drop before that happens. There should be regulation in the system to prevent that...

This is getting silly, they will value PMO which produce 67kbpd, soon another 10kbpd, and in year time 100kbpd+ at the same level as UKOG one day - without any oil produced (later 200 per day). City of London needs to be taken over by Government and London Stock Market regulated, whole market investigated and those who cheat put to jail. Now is too much freedom and things like this are happening over and over again, causing normal people loose monies.
