New not, not Newcrest

Yeah, hindsight a wonderful thing.

Bought at 2.17 initially, ready for Newcrest, but when they pulled out price collapsed to the 0.5’s.

I still believed in the potential so doubled my stake at 0.8 to average 1.16.

Got talked into selling 140k shares at 2.1 by a trader, which has lost me a chunk of cash, especially as the share he suggested I put it into has bombed (KOD).

Learnt the hard way, trust your own instincts...

I believe GGP will likely strike another deal with Newcrest to prove up Scallywag &/or other areas either as part of Hav buyout deal.

I do not think GH will sell GGP in its entirety, for the simple reason that GGP will gain hero status from the Hav buyout & he will want to ride that wave of success to take GGP further on its journey.

This is his baby, once in a lifetime opportunity, he ain’t going nowhere. The journey for GGP has just begun (amazingly)
