George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
Just to be clear...
1. intend to transfer shares to wife
2. Then once in wife’s name she will sell them to realise the loss.
3. That will offset the gains when She bed and ISA’d her GGP shares
Only talking £800 CGT cost, but better in her pocket than the tax man’s.
All a bit annoying as got locked out of shares for over a year due to SVS broker administration, otherwise they would have ALL been in ISA’s without any CGT worries.
Just need the SP to stay where it is for 4 weeks so can get the rest in ISA’s in new tax year before the next big charge to 30p & way beyond! (Hopefully)
Thanks bigmj,
I appreciate your response, I also had a reply of a someone I trust on Twitter involved in the company who gave me positive feedback.
Still hopeful this will relist and see sone decent returns, and that’s from someone who must have bought the most expensive LIONS shares ever on one occasion at 6.55p!
Nice
Yep, I bought my 1st 1000000 today at 0.11p. Marked as a sell.
Well done JP & all who voted against the resolutions.
A tiny victory for the little people...
Hope to see the good new start to roll in now.
Crikey, some dirty laundry being aired here!
I wonder where the truth lies?
B-2-0
I welcome your opinion. Always glad to hear from you.
Certainly hope your thoughts come to fruition.
All 4 resolutions voted against
Only 102147 shares though (at 0.38 av fortunately)
Thanks Mazarna, can you post as a separate subject heading to make it easier to find please?
Anyone know how you vote via interactive investor please?
The SP is irrelevant tomorrow (unless you buy or sell)
For me it’s a win/win:-
If the SP is low, i will buy more.
If the SP increases, then happy as I am already invested.
The main thing the results give me is CONFIDENCE
