The IMF, BOE, FCA AND HMG as well as the EU, WEF, WHO Have proven to be absolutely useless and driven by forces that not even the electorate can control. I see them all like the civil services. A bunch of over payed middle manager want to be's. All trying to poop on those in higher positions, so they may get an opening to climb the gravy train ladder. Not one of have any accountability and are all sat on the perches, preaching their data driven facts which were collated by people exactly like them. If you want to improve productivity in this country they should look at this lot first, instead of blaming the shop floor. Every single one of these institutions hold absolute zero credibility, and anyone who believes otherwise should give thier heads a good wobble.

I would be amazed if divis were as low as 1.6. you would get better returns in a high interest savings accounts these days. I was expecting more based on performance alone.

I am sure that HMG has done it's research as I have on floating tidal. It has huge problems to overcome, bigger than under water tidal. On here however it seems that this new fan dangled way of generating electricity is spoken about as if it's the holy grail. Have SAE investors given up all hope? Why all the negativity? When bringing the simple equation of cost v energy produced v reliability as yet there is no competition and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Do your own research, and have faith in your investment. Leave this on the bottom drawer and don't get roped into other people's games. Let them chat to themselves with there many accounts.

Bang on the money chid. Time us PI's put a stop to this nonsense of you ask me. We either make a run on the bank by selling which is not a viable option for most LTI's as they consider themselves locked in at a price situation (which the bank, II's and HMG are fully aware). Or we start doing something else like coordinate our actions in some shape or form. I seriously doubt we could achieve anything though, but we can at least do the decent thing and warn other PI's not to enter into this vile race when issued a non-runner from the start, pit pony dressed up as a stallion. I say pit pony because the fundamentals are good. It's work ethic is second to none. But it never reeps reward or sees the light of day. Anyone who says just Sell your shares is either a day trader or a novice PI who has yet to see what is really going on with this share. There's only 3 making huge sums from your investment here, and that's the 3 stated in brackets earlier that are fully aware.

It was all b0110x5 to the wish when all the English were buying 2nd homes in the 80s. Now it's happening in your own doorstep it's a different thing. As far as I'm concerned if you reside in the UK and have more than 1 dwelling then you should get taxed. If you are from outside of the UK you should get taxed more. Just another example of politicians lining thier own pockets with the expenses and property ownership. Where there's a politician, there's a loop hole.

Because a labour government (which is coming guaranteed) is more frightening for the PI.
