"Get some investment again in the NHS".
Absolutely, those doctors who don't see anybody anymore and only talk on the phone if you pass all your private deets on to the receptionist (who is local and knows you and the wife etc.) deserve a huge pay rise. After all it was labour that started letting all these doctors and nuclear scientists etc into the country after an arduous journey through mainland Europe.
The nurses of course will get their annual packet of pringles offer while labour stop them from striking to new laws that have sneaked through these of past weeks, "WITH LABOUR SUPPORT". All the while labour saying it was the Tories that did it. The"uni-party" needs to end If that means starmer who hasn't sided in any direction when it comes to planning for our future gets in then so be it. It's a sacrifice we need to make so the true socialists can see the system for what it is. In enters REFORM, In enters Corbyns crew. The political debate has shifted to centre right or centre left not just centralism. Everybody's happy that they have someone to vote for again and we're can all believe in democracy. Job done by David as they infiltrate both new parties once again. The loop continues. Imho. Red wall voter... Voting reform.
It does now thanks.
I'm unsure as to the complexity of upgrading to a 2GW BESS project nearing the time we meet our limit other than planning consent of course. Would this be at all feasible with site conditions, space etc do people here know what possibilities are?
You have to have a rye grin on your face when you look at meerkat competition and look at the extent of shareholders optimism. With a range of 30p to the (we all know it will never happen) £1.35 for a multi billion £ company. WTF are we doing here you may ask yourselves. The answer will be for many "the divis keep me here" and the fact the extremely low SP has you by the b0110x5. 🤔
Yes. I understand that but is what they set up still running? Did they remove the turbine? Did they just sign it over to Proteus? Were trials successful? Did it or is it achieving revenue? Let's not forget we still retain a 21% stake in Proteus and it's concerns are still our concerns. I'm assuming of course that the turbine and array was part of the sale.
They already entered sometime in 2018. They put installed a turbine for testing. The details were vague to me but I know for sure SAE were on with it.
Great the buyback brigade (of which my stance is unsure). Will be singing from the hills... And the same hymn sheet when the SP reaches 23p again. All the while cashing out at the dizzy heights of 43p
Personally I like to see the numbers reduce but at this rate it's going to take a decade more of misery before we see a high of 70p or something. I'm now leaning more to the hive me my dues side now I'm seeing the BOD and crew getting big rewards for doing absolutely nothing for the shareholders.
Nice one. For the last few years they've been saying banks are going through a growth period and things looking up etc. The exact reversal effect to the SP happened. Let's hope they've got this wrong so the SP does what it should of done the last 3 or so years and rise.
Generally if it's initialised and claims to be offering independent forecasts. Then you can bet your last penny that listening to it's advise and acting on it, is seeing you on the road to ruin. OBR, FCA, BOE, WHO, EU ;) and HMG to name but a few of the tiers of jobs for the boys, girls, LGBT and Trans to name but a few.
Place your trust in yourself more than you trust others when it comes to research and investing. Imho.
When ever you read these forecast, reports etc. consciously say to your self Blah, blah, blah then digest it and move on.
SAE's venture in the Zhoushan archipelago? Any body know if it's still up and running? It was I thought at the time our gateway and foothold in growing tidal stream in China.
Agreed. What I'm struggling to understand is if there are a few of us here with a few hundred k of shares and we've all been averaging down. Why has this SP remained stagnant? The only folk that can manipulate the trade therefore have influence on the SP in either direction are the MM'S and the II's. (Possibly PI's if you have enough leverage). Do we think these shares are kept artificially low for some reason? If so what could that reason be?
Just a novice trying to understand if I was an expert I wouldn't of been here in the first place 🤣
Let's just see where this SP goes and hold out on judgement. I'm giving them until the 3rd quarter to show big moves within the company before I rage. I think we all know the SP is way underrated by now, and with all the good news and moves since the big drop out, it seems that this share is being held back in some shape it form. It's financing issues are less, it's USK prospects since the call in, have improved and it is now a more diversified business exploring opportunities at home and abroad. I feel like the business has turned a corner and not without hard work. Maybe the staff do deserve their rewards when looking at the business just 3yrs ago to what it is now. I'm holding back on judgement. I will be interested in their response to the very well written letter though.
All im going to say is we better see some positive moves on the SP by 2nd/3rd quarter at the very latest or perhaps us P I's should attend the next meeting and start asking serious questions and make moves toward the BOD and it's actions. The jury is out and conferring at the moment.
.... On a par with....
Sorry teatime and the wife is calling.
The same folk that influence nearly every share in the FTSE. They go by the initials I.I.'s and M.M.'s. Not too mention the even bigger boys in the backgrounds. That we aim to be in a part with, but will never achieve because we as we all know the whole game is rigged and this share is not singles out from any other. IMHO.
Well 2023 is coming to an end. I've been here since 2009. I would like to thank the only constant here that has kept me going all these years. The MJT brigade have kept me amused with their outrageous statements. The MJT brigade have kept me full of hope. The MJT brigade have filled me full optimism.
All of it false but thanks none the less.
Here's wishing upon a star that 2024 will be the death of the More Jam Tomorrow brigade and all their constant bu115hit, and that this black pony actually is released from the pits where it dwells, only to see sunlight once more.
My guess for end of year 2024 is more of the same old b0110x5 if not worse. Put me down for my life savings which is basically sweet F.A. because this donkey has robbed me of any growth in my money. I wish you all a happy new year but truth is as we all know it, its going to be a sht one as usual if you are long here.
Humbug I say
I would presume from a logistics and testing and data analysis perspective it would make good business sense to install it at the MYGEN project. How nice would it be for the upgrade to be the 4th turbine that needs to be put in place 1st quarter of 24
My first instinct was oh dear they're selling off their assets. Then I realised that if 75% vote in favour of the change then they will have faith in this being the right move for the company with a plan up to 2030. I am not an expert at these things just a novice investor. I eagerly await what the out come off that vote is. That should tell us where the analytics are with this move.
You want uncensored good ol' British humour but of the modern day you need to check out frank sinatzi on youtube. It's our old type of humour wonderfully presented by a yank or a Canadian. I'm not sure they all look the same to me.
