I am a novice here but my instinct tells me if the signature on this RNS belongs to a person who has already resigned from COPL - IMO this document should not have allowed to be issued and there fore is illegal, I will ignore it.

As some one just stated New Mill to be installed at end if January 2024 - so at least 7 weeks away. Does this mean that STARK will be made redundant.
