Would be my guess of MVR coming back on Aim.
Would expect documents to be later this week on that basis, with a EAGM next week to finalise all the necessary bits.
I would also expect some further announcements,to justify price.

I disagree. Without fundraising this company would have been dead in the water.
Because it’s unique and VR is the future it has been backed solidly- this says more than anything else.
As I have said; time to move on from EVRH.
This is a new company. And one with revenue.

I am not trying to do any ones legs. AM from what I seen, seems a decent chap. (IMHO) Bit flash but that’s the circles he moves in, especially in the music industry.
We’ve seen it before that some people can only progress a company so far, and then they are still involved but moved sideways. The often then refer to themselves as founders although they are ‘demoted’.
But it actually isn’t a bad thing either, as the skill set someone has allows them to concentrate on the very thing the company started at, and become more initiative.
Look, the guys at MVR have done a fantastic job to get the company where they are today. It’s been backed all the way though, irrespective of today’s results.
I do believe this share can do a what those Covid stocks have in short order.

It will be interesting to see how the board will eventually shape up. My guess has been that Dollans has been pulling more strings than AM. AM will most likely remain as VP/MD of MVR and someone else will become CEx of the group.
The shift to build the business from Seattle is telling, but also telling of maybe that dual listing too.

I see the usual band of unmerry men have kept their powder dry until today. We all knew that that results were in line with expectations and I don’t think there was any sort of conversation that said differently.We have the definite line the sand. EVRH is no more. Napster-MVR is.Evrh got the business where they are: kit, technology, licences, recordings, app development and marketing.Napster will provide much needed revenue and subscribers with a USP that no other music subscription model offers- the ability to stream music and attend concerts and I am sure even more than what was prior to COVID-19.This was a share that got to 18p on relatively nothing.Now they do have something.

Just a general question: do we think that Arden will continue to be MVRs broker; or will there be another appointment to sit alongside then or indeed replaced them??

Seen some of the negative posters come out of the woodwork recently. It’s like spiders moving into your house for the winter. It’s part of their nature.

Next week should see some news flow before we move into November. I hope and I think it’s what we have been waiting for, and backed.
November we should see the admission document and probably a new brokers report. One that should be on more sure footing as a go forward statement.
