Based on this mornings performance its very similar to all the historical patterns, but only time will tell here - If I am wrong Ill buy back in when I see something to prove me incorrect

Looking back at this stock it has a great day about once a year only to fall back in the days after - this also seems to be regardless of any news - Sold 75% of my holding yesterday in the highs and offloaded the remaining 25% this morning - I will buy back in but at a much lower price and I suspect ill be holding again in wait for next years rise - Some of the rampers here are just blind to the stocks history

I just keep a close check on buchans website - I think they will be an excellent company once listed - from what I read into it allot of work is going on behind the scenes

Sadly I think most PIs have just conceded this deal will go through as Usually with any other deal like this you would hear people shouting about it on bulletin boards like this,and as it looks only a few of us have concerns about the deal
It would be great to see some kind of publicity done here - also I fear many share holders hold these shares without keeping a close eye on what is going on - What is happening here is just wrong in my opinion Dalradian is being taken private essentially and I would not be at all surprised to see it re surface in a couple of years time with a price tag around the 2-5 Dollar range with the only ones loosing out being the PI's who have support the company thus far - I would have to think also that allot of strategic planning has went into this deal and would not be at all surprised if the recent drop in price we have seen was entirely orchestrated to lead us to this point - Absolute Disgrace

They require 66% of the shareholders to agree for this deal to pass - Yes we are selling at a premium on last weeks price but this deal is still 20p below our 52 week high - and with more positive results since then and also 1 year closer to having planning permission granted I think the valuation of this buy out is an Insult at 84p - Also if I understand correctly the board of directors will retain their interests in the company should this deal go ahead - so if this is correct they have just sold the ordinary share holder out with no chance of obtaining the true value here

Totally agree - Not happy with this deal at all I think we should hold out to get the full value from this share

That was my thinking also, makes you think we didn’t need a long drawn out enquiry in the first place given the fact much of this information is already common knowledge
