Paul caroll your chartered accountant was the idiot in charge of finance who oversaw the financial mess that destroyed shareholders value frazer Was no better in the geology and as for the new directors are concerned look at oriole share price since January
We need a takeover by a compent board if ormonde is to have any chance of survival in my opinion

Tim dose not seem to have done much with Oriole resources
It was trading at .62p in January and now trading at .36p
With a market cap that is lower than ormonde
He may want our ormonde cash to fund oriole
We need someone who can create shareholder value
This board looks to me like more lame ducks put in by donoghue alias (moneymore 2)and the carolls who have a track record along with jobe from Davys of destroying shareholders value
In my opinion someone needs to make a takeover of ormonde before the $6 million goes the same way as before

Paul caroll CFO and son of john caroll now retiring needs to be removed from the company
As CFO he oversaw the financial demise of this company
It’s hard to see how he can play a constructive role going foreward
If this company is to have a future and in my opinion we need a professional man to control the money and not to destroy shareholders value as this board of which he is part of has done to date

Paul caroll CFO who is the son of john caroll also needs to be replaced as his accounting seems to have been way of budgeting for the project
Shareholders need to clean out this incompetent board if it is to have any chance of survival, Also If he is not removed as CFO from the company I would suspect he will be looking after his fellow directors when any shareholders money comes in

Any replacement directors proposed by the ormond board should be rejected by shareholders
We don’t want their nominee directors

Rumor has it that Tom O’Gorman is delighted that donoghue & Carrol have been shamed into resigning from the board of Ormonde - they were told 15 years ago to stick with gold assets by O’Gorman who went on to sell cove for $1.9B - I haven’t posted here in a few weeks but where have all the rampers gone who seemed to know so much a few weeks ago ? If anyone ever sees Donoghue or carrols name appear on any board my advice to any investor is to stay well clear if they don’t want to loose their money like they did in Ormonde

I think people are just missing the point here completely - this board needs to go - the current price is nearly irrelevant, this company will now have circa 6m cash in the hands of an incompetent board who has already decimated all the value that was previously here - 45m shares traded at .5p any shareholder with this amount of shares obviously has a very good knowledge of the company and they also didn’t feel 1p was likely to come here today if they did they wouldn’t have sold

I believe tom o gorman has a very large shareholding and I am sure he is livid with this board of incompetence
Also tom Anderson to my knowledge still holds over 10% of the stock
Job and Davys are not looking to smart having supported this board

They sold shareholders down the river to keep their high paid jobs while shareholders have lost nearly everything
Tom O’Gorman was right in an article in a Sunday press story
He said ormonde was his worst investment
He made his shareholders a fortune with cove selling for 1.9billion while the Ormonde boys lost their shareholders a fortune and have now turned 15m funds raised into a negligible 4million market cap through their incompetence.
The money left in the company will go to fund the directors salaries until they waste it too
I wonder would O Gorman take control of the company and work his magic again ?

Money more 2 must be pleased with another failure to his credit after avocet mining where he was a director plummeting from circa £2 to 13p today.

Newtofo - Couldn't agree more with your post, Ive been thinking of topping up more myself on Monday - Looking at this very simply the downside is a few pence in my opinion with the upside possibly huge but I think it will at least go back above our previous highs of last year, Just allot of waiting to do between now and when we see this thing taking off
