Good luck with that cheeky top up PS . You’ve probably been the best contributor to this board in the last year and I hope you make back some of those losses. It will be interesting to see if the directors , who obviously know more about the company than you, join in with your optimism. Time will tell.

The regulations in the Uk are quite clear on director’s dealing in closed periods including timescales of roughly 30 days before a financial announcement. sound have made very seldom of such announcements in the last 5 years and so directors had plenty of opportunities to buy. The most important point of regulations in directors dealing is to prevent such directors profiting from a rise in the SP. There was no chance director were going to buy as they knew the sp wasn’t going to rise ! Simple really . Thank you I’lll just take my inflated salary and bleed the company dry.

The problem with this company is that no ordinary share holders have made any money by investing in it. The current and previous directors chose not to invest as they knew it was a fraud. Take me to court James Parsons - you and other directors lied (simple as that) You made millions of pounds at the expense of a lot of people you conned in your roadshows . You know we have proof and don’t threaten people by your so called lawyer who was struck off and subsequently jailed think again

Ducati - what a load of rubbish ! Well done Sound if they’ve invested $168 million so far and have a market cap of less than $21 million. Given most of their assets away and face further dilution. I can’t understand the lack of directors’ buys 😂 Oh hang on a second I think I might have worked it out !

The whole point of of investing is to make a return on your capital investment.

No long term investors have made money here - many have lost substantial amounts of money.

The well paid directors have not delivered any return of capital for the shareholders and have received substantial amounts in payments for themselves without investing a penny of their own money to show confidence in the company. Answers on a postcard if anyone would like to argue these points and maybe do a cheeky top up to lose more money.

Everything Sound promises is always far off without exception. How are those investors who did cheeky top ups at 10p 5p 2p etc. feeling today with SP sub 1p.I wonder ?

i was initially taken in by the jp hype but lost so much money when it struck me it was practically fraud. i never attended an event but as time went on i realised that no institutional investors were going to touch this share and all they could do was to ***** themselves out and drag in poor private investors into the scam. crude knows what i’m talking about so shame on him for coming back on this board,

Not surprisingly the short term holders have made a few quid if they were lucky. This share will be a long time coming into profit and the directors know it. St Mary seems a reasonable guy as does Sundance and PS.KTF ramped for so long and for so little money ! Kylie has been ahead of the game way for ages. Merry Christmas
