I can’t believe Lyon’s bonus has been approved by the board given the need for cost cutting and the share price performance. I will be contacting the Quoted Companies Alliance (QCA) for advice and guidance.

Regarding James Parsons and others , this adds more weight to the ongoing investigations by the City of London police into fraud by himself and other directors and I will be updating them as well as the LSE who are ultimately responsible. Channel 4 news are looking into this situation as well as the AIM market practices and the many investors who have lost millions and expect it to be as big as the post office scandal.

If only he had waited until he oversaw the SP collapse it wouldn’t have looked so bad !

GL took home 3% of the market cap of Sound - the highest paid director in the uk (Astra Zenica) took home 0.1% of the market cap. He’ll have to work for the next 30 years to catch up GL ! Bless them both

PS - GL confirmed his understanding of ISA limits per annum but was unclear on closed periods over the last many years.

PS - the SP is set by market sentiment and not facts (particularly so on AIM) and backed up by management performance and choosing not to buy any shares. It is what it is.

I think JP was the main beneficiary of that rise (and Crude). £10 won’t do it . Hold onto your golden tickets whilst he sold out on the sly ! Not good ole days at all

What accounts don’t show is the level of expenses paid out to directors to supplement their inflated salaries. Nice flights ,hotels ,taxis, meals and drinks all on the company expense account at the expense of the shareholders - very galling especially when no value is added to the nav ( and who’s the nob ?) Nice work if you can get it !!

If the SP goes any lower we may have to set one up for PS !

We mustn’t forget these 2 in the manipulation of the share price. Did Dees have to go and buy Parsons brylcream and Malcy’s pies ? Bet they didn’t make 5 million but just as culpable. I wonder if Parsons stuck off solicitor in jail can give them advice?

As I’ve said before Kylie has been spot on for a few years now (and I’ve made similar comments) . PS has changed his tune for reasons that I understand and St. Mary has gone the other way which I totally get. Caveat emptor springs to mind though PS.

Such a sorry place to be . St Mary has been a strong supporter but understandably has changed. PS has been a strong critic and now has changed. Adam et al is still mad. Kylie is still the voice of reason . The SP is almost at it’s lowest and the directors are going home tonight quite happy they are still in their highly paid jobs with no penalties on how the share price is affected normal share holders. Plus ca change!
