No comment from CEO but shareholders are clearly happy with fewer share in issue ?? I would somewhat disagree with Mr Cut and Paste they’re not that happy with a 25% drop in SP but call me old fashioned as I thought SP is everything and SHs clearly not happy!

For all small SHs the most important factor is the SP . For the BOD it’s their salary and bonuses. Simple as that and who do you think is winning? As for institutional investors- you’ve got to be kidding !

It’s imminent

Unfortunately you’re ignoring the fact that further dissolution of shares is imminent. Graham’s done well for himself like previous CEO - welcome to our club !

It seems to be the ones invested seem very angry and probably worried about their investment than people who got out - I wonder why ??

I spoke to Parsons a good while back and asked him why no large institutions hadn’t invested in Sound and why he needed to go on endless road shows promoting the company to individuals with great promises of rich rewards ( I never attended any roadshows but saw the Malcy interviews and videos posted online promoting these lies and stupidity bought in like many other PIs) . We now know why - he was raising the SP for his own benefit and selling his free shares that he awarded himself and selling off on the quiet ignoring regulatory regulations at great profit for himself

Thanks Mr. Wolfe Saleem has gone to ground as well as his videos . Richard Ellis has been trying to get them but no luck. Richard has 450 contacts of disgruntled investors and ha an email from the City of London Police fraud squad who confirm in their opinion a major fraud took place but sadly like the post office scandal we just need pushing - if anyone has access to these videos and can send to me that would be be a great help.

1 No one said they couldn’t afford to invest

2 I think the expectations were set by the CEO - hold on to your golden tickets £10 won’t do it etc

3 Hard to understand if you are being lied to.

4 James Parsons changed his promotion of Sound and realised he was in trouble and started talking about diversification before he quickly deleted his twitter account and not replying to emails etc.

5 Look at the 10 year chart of SP of sound Energy

6 Got no real answer to that but a lot of investors have v been trying to catch a falling knife.
