Just also be careful in case your existing shares are within your ISA, because the document that came with the Open Offer states "Due to restrictions imposed on ISA accounts, unlisted holdings are not considered a qualifying investment. As the Convertible Loan Notes will be unlisted, we will arrange to have them moved to your trading account instead."
I have just called II to clarify how payment for the single shares and the CLN's has to be made, I was told that you need to ensure the money for the single shares is made into your ISA, but also ensure the money for the 5 No CLN's has been placed inside the Trading Account.
I also enquired about how my kids Junior ISA's would work, because they do not have trading accounts, and they couldn't answer that. I was told they would clarify by tomorrow.
As ever though, DYOR.
