Well well well IPT - I think there are a few of us that will bring that post up in a few months.

It is hard not to get emotional, but investing is a lot easier without emotion, and I for one am still learning.

I was reading up on Monster Energy and Amazon last night. Wonder if people will be making the same comments about Chill in 5 years time i.e. with hindsight it was evident to see, new emerging market, first mover advantage, numerous product lines, great logo, name and domain, great board etc etc...

I, like you BSF, am happy to sit and wait to see this play out, and let all the shorters and traders try to scare others for their own short term goal. Me, its the long game that will see me sitting back in a few years.

JSV - thought it would happen, after all everyone knows the sales to US distributors up to the end of September as they have announced it previously, so anyone wanting to make a quick trade was always going to eye up the end of Jan half yearly's.

But what the shorters, or anyone else for that matter has no idea about, is what has been happening post period end and any juicy info with the Forward Looking Statement.

Here's hoping the shorters get a burnt next week, but if not and if the share price goes down further, I for one will not be bothered in the slightest, and will instead take the opportunity to load up some more at a bargain price.

I myself am happy with my long term investment, but as ever DYOR everyone.

Have to disagree with you there Volmer. How JS holds his shares will have no bearing on the share price. It is good honest execution of the prepare for lift of plan, which will in the short to near term bring us to the attention of the US institutions, and which will eventually cause the share price to re-rate to where it should be.

Said it before, they must have taken a leaf out of Gerald Ratner’ book when they were coming up with the name. The picture certainly paints a picture to me, and probably most people who go into that shop.

Seeing that picture doesn’t worry me a single bit, even if it takes us another 6 months or a year to eventually start selling our smokes in stores over here. Whatever small and local customer base they can “garner” in Croydon over that time, will almost certainly try our smokes with our eye catching brand. I also have a feeling that when we eventually roll out into stores here, it will be national.

So our friendly negative poster thinks that price point is key to our success. All i would say is the same as someone posted the other week, and that is "Fevertree".

Tesco tonic water price is 50p for 1 litre. Schweppes is £1.50 for one litre, and Fevertree is £1.80 for 0.5 litre. That means Fevertree is more than 7 times more expensive than Tesco's own branded tonic water, surely there is no way Fevertree will ever make any money or be a globally recognised brand.

Oh wait, what is Fevertree's current share price, with what turnover and GPM.

Vas - Either you really don’t understand my post and are trying to get everything spelt out for you, as in your previous exchanges with Bluerill, or you are deliberately trying to spin Chill in a negative light every time for your own agenda. Remember what Scott said in the video, they are aiming for Chill to be a lifestyle brand.

The CPG space changed in the 80’s with more expendable income, people started looking for and buying the aspirational brands.

Now do you also remember Bluerill’s comments the other week about Apple, and people keep returning to buy more Apple products.

Aspirational lifestyle branding. Chill have all the ingredients, they just need some time to get the message out there. Will it be 1 year or 5 years, more likely the later, but when message does get out there the share price will be many multiple of where it is now.

When you’ve finished reading the above, have a think and compare Chill and Taat. No contest for me.

RKB - You can't assume Ox, Trevor and Antonio have used their rights to vote, as the numbers do not stack up.

HD's holding alone would come to more than the other votes for the resolutions, as stated in your e-mail. Personally, although I'm not up to HD's level, i do hold more than 0.6% of the stock, and all my votes were used for the resolutions too.

Likewise Fred - only this time it went in the kids JISA's :-)

BB2 - I hope you will agree then, that it currently represent a massive upside opportunity at the current price. That also doesn't include TFN, which will open up another very lucrative market, once rolled out in this Q.

Add in to this the recent advisors and the potential difference they will make over in the USA.

Trevor and Antonio have clearly done great things over the past 2 years, and now they have got the additional help to push us to bigger and better times.

I am very excited about the future potential and looking forward to how this will unfold over the next 6 months.

BB2 - The point is that until we get actual data, all anyone can do is forecasting which is what DRB was doing. He could have used any figure between 25% - 50%. He could have used any number of packs sold per day between 2 - 10 per day, he didn't, he was being conservative with his forecast to provide a guesstimate.

You could have taken the message as was intended, but instead decided to use exact figure of £2.15m for admin expenses.

If your going to play that game, you should at least give your projection values/range for lots of different scenarios, based on x products sold per day per store.

BB2 - I think you will find that DRB83 did in fact use a net figure in his working out i.e. based on 30% profit.

Did you misread or are you deliberately trying to spin more negativity?
