BD - Regarding early takeout, I know a few discussions have been had on this subject here and on Telegram, but I must admit, for me personally I can’t see it for a little while because if our CEO’s, ES and possibly JS know how well the roll out across the USA, and the interest from Uk, Europe and Asia is, they will also know or have some idea of potential value. I believe they will not recommend that we accept anything less than the true potential value, which if that actually is possibly a billion dollar profit potential - according to JS - then who knows.... £50 or more ???

I also don’t believe our CEOs will recommend any takeover by a tabaco company either. I think it is AR who has spoken about his dislike of the industry from family experience, and his wish to break / replace it.

Agree BD - The last results included very little from our current business and all associated with the previous O&G incarnation, and that is why we find ourselves with so many ill-researched, crowd following shorter's. Shorter's who will find themselves at the end of a share price that will increase rather sharply over a short ;-) time frame, when the news is released and the market sees the potential of this little beauty.

D&D - I like the sound of that. If this goes the way i/we think, i will look forward to a round or two with you and, some fishing to.

Bluerill - I do agree with you in that we should get a trading update by the end of April, or into May, but will the trading update have information concerning the stores roll out numbers and sales figures?

The September reference that is just so "ridiculous" was about just that. TT and AR may elect to hold that, or some of it back until September, not to leave a road map for others to follow.

Now that is much better Bluerill - I agree with your comment that we will get some news by the end of April or into May, but the question will be whether that trading update actually provides sales figures and revenue, which was what the September comment and post was referring to. Much better now.

I would say that while your observation may be true for most of his references, they are certainly not true for them all.

Hi buysellfredmcfc - Complete agreement WRT the LDA, brilliant deal with good terms.

WRT sales figures the worst case scenario will be that we have to wait until 30th September 2021, less than 6 months from now; lets not forget about all the other good news to come that may land anytime from now. Very exciting times ahead.

Vas - I think it is impossible to have a clear idea of the number of outlets by the end of April, its moving/changing too fast for them at this stage, and while I would dearly love to know more information regarding the number of outlets and the sales figures per store, I am more than happy waiting another couple of months for them to build a stronger position and ultimately get a monster RNS out there.
One thing i would say, is that i would half your profit per store to be conservative. They have told us before that they were selling 4 - 5 products per store during their trail phase, and we know each product makes $2.5 profit, therefore, a nice round $10 per store.
One other thing to think about, is why would they require access the $35m Financing Agreement with LDA Capital, and was it $12 or $15m drawdown committed in the first year.
If we were organically growing in the USA alone at between 500 and 1000 store per month (at least $150,000 increase in profits each and every month) why would we need access to this money?
I have a feeling that we will be getting some pretty big monster RNS's concerning product roll out in UK, Europe and who knows, even Asia. If that is the case, I can quite easily see why we would need access to large amounts of capital very quickly.

Chriszzr - I'm in Zoetic too, and yes JS has also accumulated a long position with some Zoetic shares via Spreadex.
If it is JS, he will have to notify the market when, and if, he crosses the next threshold. Only then we will know if he indeed has also gone long via Spreadex.

Completely agree BigK - When our CEO's report the sales figures to the market and people wake up to the revenues and GPM, this will re-rate massively. I personally hope to see £5 by Xmas 2021 and £10 by summer 2022, followed closely by my early retirement. :-)

Just in case there may be any doubt, we have not received the full clearance yet. Note the wording from the RNS "CBD products passed the regulator's administrative check and can remain on sale in the UK."
Due to the large number of applications made to the FSA, without the appropriate paperwork in place, the FSA extended the deadline and put in a secondary half way process in place because they were not able to assess all application by the end of March i.e. a list of companies that have passed the administrative check.
I am confident we will get the full approval, and this RNS is our company keeping us informed along the way to full approval.

For those that maybe still a little unsure, please read Eric Schrader’s comments at the base of the RNS dated 15/02/21. All IMHO and DYOR of course, but I for one am confident where this is heading.

Our CEO’s have told us many times, they are not going to leave a road map for others to follow. So only expect to hear news on sales figures when they are either duty bound to tell us or, when they know we are too far in front of others to make any difference.
