BB2 - You are one of those obsessed with looking back, when the vast majority of the well researched are happy to take, trust and understand the information provided by the company, and in turn look forward.

Hamish, Baz - The indications are there for all to see in the RNS's to date.

The well researched are happy, with the small risk of, putting 2 and 2 together to come up with 4. Some are not of course, and each to their own.

The well researched also tend not to get swayed by the likes of TW and his shorter crew. Remember, they have their own agenda and are not bothered by the fundamentals of the company.

I for one am really looking forward to reaping the benefits of this weeks investment, in the future.

I too bought more on Monday, and seeing the drop today couldn't resist, just took another chunk at 57.7p, 10p lower than Monday.

No doubt the well researched will look back at this episode in a year or so, and will think what an unbelievable opportunity it currently represents.

As i've said yesterday, I am completely comfortable and not worried at all by this drop, but there is a side of me that wishes it would either go down a bit more or, at least stay here until Tuesday of next week, when I can get a load more than I thought i was going to get at 80p :-)

CM - I believe its just how the computer algorithm reports the trades i.e. your buy price was at or just below the mid price, computer says it must have been a sell and reports it as such.

Same happened to mine yesterday at 67.7p.

Kempes78 - This is from the companies Trading Update on 16th April

"Zoetic products are set to expand both in terms of range and international availability.

This includes Chill-branded CBD smokes, which are tobacco and nicotine-free, entering the UK market for the first time. Consumers will be able to purchase these products during Q2-2021."

To add to that Fred - Not only was one of our beloved holders still buying, but he also converted his warrants and was happy to add a tie in price of £4.80. Now that seems to be a big mark of confidence to me.

Chiefs - There certainly seems to be some shenanigans going on with the share price over the last few weeks to force this drop. I may be wrong, but I'm guessing someone wants the share price at around this level for some reason, unknown to us.

Will it go lower...i dont know. One thing is for certain, when we get the Full Year Results in July, with sales figures and revenue and a FLS, time will have run out for whoever maybe "manipulating" the share price currently.

Chiefs - Firstly, why was it a bad move? Secondly, no-one is going to offer, or should offer, financial advice here.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing, if we all had it, we would all wait for the bottom. At the end of the day, if you have done your research and believe in the prospects, then rest assured. If you have not done your research, then i can understand the nerves as a result of this drop.

Fundamentally, nothing has changed with the company, the products are still rolling out to all those stores, and profit is being made. Thank you to Toblerone and HD for the pics of the Smoker Friendly stores BTW.

I never thought the share price would be back to this level, but i myself am comfortable with my research and have been buying more at this level. DYOR.

We did the same for our little ones, managed to get them both a chunk of shares at 32p about 6 months ago. They have got another 13 years before they get access to it, wounder where the share price will be then :-)

Like I tell the better half, our kids will have a better start in life than we had.

Bobscallywag - Completely agree. The below is from the last FLS:-

Zoetic maintains a strong financial position, reflected by the Company's positive working capital balance in excess of £1.6 million at the end of the Period.

Revenues for the Period were derived 100% from product sales via the online stores.

Subsequent to the Period end, online sales for both the Chill and Zoetic product stores have realised an increase of over 90%. In addition to this increase in online sales, Zoetic also received and fulfilled its first order under a new wholesale contract in October 2020. Revenue generated from this single invoice exceeded 50% of the Company's total revenues for the Period.

Gross margins for the Period were approximately 30%. Embedded in these margins were start-up costs and promotions associated with the launch of the Chill and Zoetic online stores. Management anticipates the gross margins will trend towards the previously announced levels of approximately 50%.

When Zoe's Interim Results RNS landed on 28th January, it had a really impressive FLS, its worth reading again!!

It got me wondering, what will be in the next FLS in July. Cant wait.

D&D - Well to carry that one a little further, in my head, the picture i see is all those people who have shorted this stock, and they are all burning ;-)

Happypennies - I have always used 10 which i know is ridiculously low, but as I said, I try to be conservative with all this.

Fevertree has a P/E ratio of about 65, and that is, lets face it, for a drinks business. Is the drinks industry a new cutting edge industry? What about CBD???

So yes I know 10 is conservative, but it stops me from handing in my notice right now :-)

Happypennies - I hear you there, we have a lump of money coming at the end of this month, and I have been wondering whether to split it between ZOE and the Pluto IPO (when that is announced). If the share price is still around this level in a couple of weeks, there is no contest, its definitely going all in here.

Happypennies - I have always tried to be conservative with my figures not to get too carried away. Even being conservative, the potential is incredible and quite honestly mind blowing.

I cant quite believe how this once O&G company has transformed into this little gem.

In my head the edge pieces of the jigsaw are in place, and we are beginning to put pieces in the middle. Very soon we will be able to see the picture.

RKB - I think your right.

Now I know they haven't put any sales figures up, but this is my thinking this morning, and before I get lambasted by comments to the contrary, it is just my thinking in my little world, everyone is entitled to their own thoughts.

3,500 stores in July, we also have the online sales which we know at the end of last year were out stripping the previous months sales figures, then there is also Zoetic brand in the UK.

I expect between £750k to £1m profit for the month of July, and this will be increasing every single month as we roll out to more stores in the USA and the UK with both Zoetic in stores, and CBC smokes so it seems. So that would be a minimum of £12m profit per year. What P/E ration do you want to use.....

Where do you think we will be in 6 months time, will we be in EU stores to??? Where will we be in 12 months, and how many USA stores????

I can very easily see what you are saying RKB, hold on because I have a feeling this is going to be quite a ride. JS might get his tie in price of £4.80 before year end.
