Inferno short term trader or long term investor that is the question? If you think there are better investments out there then taking profit and maybe reinvesting is an option. On moose's advice I have sold all of my holding he said the SP was going to drop by 50 over the weekend although the market is shut over the weekend. He is the new boohoo guru, I hope I dont loose all my money guru moose.

Good brief Tim and yes 300 seems to be the leveller if people are in below that I would expect a profit taking exercise which could push the SP lower for a short time. RIs are not a good thing for the shareholder but great for the business, done 3 of these and never came out better off but some say they do by allot?

M135I glad someone is making sense!! Dilution more shares with less value if it plays out you could break even an SP drop of this magnitude after an RI is completely normal, check IAG and Rolls recent RIs. Let it settle once all RIs are accounted SP will regain.

Looks like allot of the advice on RI was ignored some weeks back, this was to be expected no surprises. This is a Dilution and nothing more, no free shares no bargains only TUI will win and those that sell the RIs pretty much straight away if you had a favourable buy in price.

Relax on the SP RIs are predictable, for those who bought in low there is profit taking for those who bought high hold. This SP plays out over time and 2021 has just started. If you can buy the dip, average down. TUI will come good but the next few weeks will jangle nerves and some will sell at a loss if not disciplined.

Invest not correct, this is a shares dilution nothing more, you will end up with more shares at a reduced value so you could break even be in profit or loss, once the new SP has stabilised. Once all the right are taken up you will know where you stand and this will depend at what price you bought in at originally. This is a relatively small RI so once completed I would not expect many to suffer great losses if any with some making a reasonable profit.

Depending on your buy in price once RI completes you will either be in profit and some will sell to cash out positive or you will end up negative and will need to hold or take the loss if you decide to sell. The SP will bottom and be known once all the selling off is finished. Good luck.
