Once all the forecast figures are in place and the viability of the income stream is shown then I would expect a cash raise via royalty agreements: if Nick wants to go it alone.

Royalty Agreements are becoming more and more in vogue which will only impact on the NSR.

Alternatively if they can get the drilling permits for Blanca Nieves then there is a distinct possibility they could bring a gold mine to production within a year.

Blanca Nieves could also be a way of self funding, once again with either NSR or production.

To be frank I don't see any further dilution other than for BHP or NCM to buy on open market which would allow either to maintain the % holding.

Irwin dropped his personal holding in SOLG and opted for CGP instead leaving his company holding in SOLG only.

That speaks volumes!

Irwin is renowned for increasing his stakes in companies he expects to be taken over and it signalled to me when he opted out of SOLG and into CGP that he did not see SOLG as a takeover opportunity.

This is going to production, a couple of years to sort the placement of the mine and then we shall see where we are.

Nick owns 4.87% on a personal level. Taking into account companies that he has a controlling interest in then his percentage increases to 22.4% (DGR and Tenstar). Coupled with further alliances within the SOLG directors and staff that would increase a further 3.76%.
Significant enough to pursue his own agenda I would say.
