SOLG is a long term play, with Tier 1 assets on several fronts: it ain't gonna get full value within weeks or months.

Said yesterday when it was muted that a bid would be for £2 billion: that ain't gonna happen try doubling it or more.

In the current state of affairs there will be no complete takeover of the company for any less than the value of Cascabel alone.

Remember guys/gals there are a dozen other tenements with the same potential; or better!

£50 billion worth of assets to be proved up over the coming years with big fat revenue streams to be had when it happens.

Markets will click on to this at some point so be patient, look away for a week or two each time and consider what value will be extracted long term.

LTA is £1,055,000

I understand if I draw down the 25% lumps sum I'll pay 55% for all above the LTA

If I take an annuity, then it will be 25% above the LTA

If it goes that way past £2+ then I really don't care :)

I would prefer if it went to production rather than a takeout and having followed a few of Nick's holdings I believe him when he says this his agenda. Going out in a blaze of fire by creating a company that can rival some of the big boys seems right up his street.
