See those 2 a50 spikes from earlier in the year? there's my target.

Any sell just looks like a turnaround and then the sellers duck out with almost no profit. stupid tactic unless it's done for that reason: to scoop up cheap shares in time for the US markets.

It's going to need more than some minor South Korean contracts to make this boom. get kraft onboard as a tiral (to then buy it out) or Pepsico to take it for Walkers crisps... or, well, pick any major food manufacturer and put that into the picture., then you have something.

But TEK has definitely lost some of its shine in the past year. going to need something pulled out the bag to ensure this doesn't just turn out to be another LUCY IPO.

I'm guessing it'll depend on the likelihood of 'imminent' news. if thee isn't something in the pipe that would double the sp in short term then it's cash.

odd situation where the equivalent of a closed period wouldn't apply in this instance or would it? If Fryer had clout with the decision of cash or shares would he make that decision maded on what he knows is to come?

Not that it's a given that it'll follow the example set by the previous agm on 31Oct 2022 but, if it does then, i'm afraid, you'll be disappointed. best hope is something before or after, but no guarantees. again, if you check their previous rns', it was mid November when they announced the soft launch of GS20.

You just can't conceal your frustration at the sp falling, can you. literally twisting every angle into a positive: the price halves, great! someone makes money while you lose it, great.

you literally are the sole voice pumping the stock. even your two buddies only wake up to throw insults about.

face it, without news this will be at 0.62 before it's back at 1p (but that won't worry you, of course. might worry all the other pi's with shares, but not you!)

this was the price of the previous one, though that one came out of the blue and at a major discount to the then current sp.

since then, ************* have been hammering this share with stories about another placing required and the longer there's no news the more folk sell.

if you haven't already sold then it's looking a little late to be selling, as there's still no actual confirmation of funds being reuqired (to my knowledge).

if the price is going to be 25p then wait for the sp to get closer. if it's lower than 25p then i'm not sure what the iis will have to say about that, except try and buy the company oturight as their products look like quality. (it won't be the first time some pharma company sp gets trashed to be bought at heavy discount and taken private).

I can easily see this losing 75-80% to get the funds, to guarantee them an 'easy' profit. but will still take time for the turn around.

So now looking like 30p+ this morning. see if it holds (should do as press will be hard on it tongith and the next few days).

then, hopefully, the podcast will update the US.

Maybe focus on the personal instults that some folk throw around (which, if they thought about it would also probably insult most holders here who have less than £20k in this!).

stop some people from making personal insults to start with and maybe the headlines will change and get back to the company and the sp instead. but don't think personal attacks vsn vonytinur without it coming back to bite folk,sooner or later.

But that's not to say it can't get cheaper.

I have literally saved a fortune in losses by not being in GST for more than a couple of days in the past month.

i'd suggest the 'dead jealous' person here is you for still being in this until the bitter/glorious end.

if there's no news proer to agm that pushes up the sp then i imagine that the resolution to add 30% mroe shares will undermine the confidence of s/hs who will worry those shares will be thrown in for an acquisition of a fund rasie that'll be at a discount to whatever the current level will be.

but, who knows! all i DO know is that the rns' that pi's have 'promised' fr weeks haven't materialised which tells me they're not so smart in their 'dyor' but keep pulling in noobs with their ramping?

While i would be mildly pished at not enjoying a rise, i took my money out last week because i don't believe there'll be sp-rising news in GST before the agm. (plus i made on being in OBD so i a;ready made the rise that you're looking for).

The point i was making is that very few will be able to say that so saying 'i've bagged' is nice but it's not a recommendation of confidence for anyone else... unless we're talking biiiig money . noce the ii's get involved then there's some bragging to follow!

And, don't forget, it's still been a shiddy share for anyone who's held since before 2022! so there must be a lot of folk wondering where it goes next as it's easy to hold when badly in the red. it becomes harder once you're back at evens.
