Sure. but the fact that companies stopped spread bets from shorting at that point was telling.

that placing, while saving the company is also a pull on the sp in the short term as nearly 50% of the shares are now priced at that (nto that anyone beyond Spaldy can sell at a profit at this point. but i can see/have seen that holders are thinking the sp is fragile until the book is at least partially sold. where the low is before that announcement makes for an opportunty for the shorters and for potential holders to buy more cheaply.

I was very surprised at the sp being pitched at 53p on that funding result.

while i was relieved to take advantage of the sale i couldn't understand why it wasn't much, much closer to that price?

Can you not see that that statement two years ago, with the sp now down 80% from 2021 and an sp of 2.95p proves that that statement was wildly inaccurate, at best, or severely delayed by... how many months/years?

daresay it'll get back to the old level at some point but what triggers it, beyond a buyout...

I recall buyers 'getting in' on the dip from 32 down to 28 and the expectation that the 40 warrants were the target. interested to know why those in up to the hilt never considered trading/selling/buying back over the year? was the expectation of 'significant'news' really anticipated throughout the year?

i've always been cynical about just holding (but then i wasn't in at the beginning nor knew about nor had a previous interest in anything the HNWIs or BoD have been rpeviously involved in). what was it that persuaded almost all retailers to just hold and keep holding? didn't people expect the price to dip? (seriously not trolling. just the sp has been hit quite hard this year). so, was it overenthusiastic buying when Hannan joined in and premium placings or delays and lack of revenue. also, would people accept some dilution in shares if it then meant that trading might push the sp around?

Seemed to have had the opposite effect today, unless they're playing with the sp.

odd reaction and hard to understand it unless it's just that the market wants to see proof in hard currency rather than projections.

(but it's also a bit odd that noone seems interested in averaging down (not everyone has an average lower than 15, surely!) is EVERYONE maxxed out here? : )

If i were being picky i'd say what was said at the time the rns was written or released merely means he 'was' a shareholder this morning; but as his average is about 45 i guess not. but someone was selling. but just take advantage of the opp, whoever was selling!

All good points. again, i'd say that most of my posts have been in reaction to insults thrown at me as to either my 'ability' to buy or general fairly disgraceful attacks. so the headlines were to emphasise the attacks made on me and to highlight them to admin... breadcrumbs to the various personal insults.

as for the trades, they're usually to indicate highs and lows that i think are pertient to other viewers, rather than how much i made (though, again, when people try and throw shade on me i'll try to add some grit to their insults).

but fair enough. as long as people stop trying to drag my name into the conversation for no reason other than to create an enemy of the share as a distraction from the underperformance of the share, then all will be good.

First of all, if that's your investing philosophy, you're 0.1% of the investors in this company. so maybe you should think about how many people you actually end up insulting with your disparaging comments about 'a few hundred here and there' because i would suggest you've described most retailers who want to read or write posts on lse (and, again, i put it to you that, just because i don't stick all my money, all the time, in this one share, doesn't mean i'm not seriously invested in other shares, like CRTM. and, even then, i'm not dumb enough to just sit on the share while it slides for the best part of a year). But I'm in again over the past couple of weeks because news has been due... just like you're anticipating news here.

and, you're right. i have no great belief in the future of this particular share because i've been watching and trading it aince PRIL '21, from loss by being lth, into profit by trading it.

so, you're looking for a life-changing event here? more power to you. but i have to ask, if you're looking for 5-6p, why are you here hourly as we both know that all the posts in the world won't change the price. you can't push the price up by policing this bb. we both know it's news that'll do that, even with 'trolls' and critical posts. by all means promote the company here but you do yourself a disservice with the cheap shots and you just encourage retaliation which makes the bb unusable for other investors. these bbs are for discussion of all opinions, not just yours.

you're obviously au fait with the company. so what about sticking to the facts and contesting the points, instead of personal attacks? you've been courteous in this last post (even if it's still peppered with with agesit poverty insults (wholly misplaced, i might add). but at least it makes the bb readable again.

you do you and i'll do me and just accept that me suggesting the price will drop, eith justification, isn't for you to try to bully me off the bb. and, for the record, i have one id. if i didn't admin would have seen to it.

so, good luck with your investment. and just remember, with 1.7billion shares out there, what is posted on the bbs is really j us reaffirming our own beliefs. and if an opposing pov maybe shares the confidence a little, in either direction, that's no bad thing.

But, yes, he gave a very good account of himself AND the prospects for investors. (But it feels like an ISA share... not that that's a bad thing... it's nice to have at least one share that one doesn't have to watch hourly - though that might not be the case tomorrow!)

Obviously, news is guaranteed. as it is with every share! the question is always at what price you take the shares in anticipation and whether or not the market likes whatever news it is and riding the rise.

it's surely obvious that markets care greatly about the news and the timeline of it, as has been seen by the past 12 months.

but i'll give you that the price has held up well from 0.68. obviously, i'm banking on indifference or worse and, even then, depending on the news, whether i'll be able to get them cheaper, hence not being in am (not rocketscience ,eh!) but if the news is good i don't mind jumping on a rising sp.

but i wish everyone well... all we all try to do is make money and just jump from one horse to another in the hope of getting ahead, quicker. it's just unfortunate that not everyone can win everytime!
